Pros:

I had a terrible experience. The balcony door wouldn’t lock, and although I was told it would be fixed the next day, the repair was rescheduled and I was eventually informed it wouldn’t be fixed for the entire week. No one showed me how anything in the property worked or where anything was, which made the situation even worse. I was also left exposed to multiple mosquito bites and, as a woman traveling alone in a foreign country, it created serious safety concerns. I informed the owner at the very start of my stay, yet they only refunded half of my booking. Expedia also wouldn’t cancel the reservation. Overall, it was the worst experience I’ve had.

Room was clean. Not sure why there was a second fridge? Reception staff were welcoming and very helpful.
An information sheet in the room regarding use of pool and other facilities (especially how to leave pool area) would be helpful.
