Great staff and breakfast was one of the best I had so far
Great place that smelled good. Rooms were clean and it was in a very good location.

Check in took some time but was smooth , late check out accommodated ..
Funny thing on a Sunday room was not cleaned till 5 in the evening, and then I gave a call to the reception, and then cleaned..
This Hotel ranks 10/10 in excellence, professionalism, customer service, location. Spacious bedroom, great breakfast and in room dining. I can’t ask for me.

Very good
This is a repeat stay at the Holiday Inn Business Bay and the reason I keep coming back is because of the exceptional service. The staff are simply amazing, attentive and very helpful. Very new hotel with spacious and well decorated room which are always well kept.
