The staff totally was not nice , just the cleaners were polite

I appreciated their early check-in accommodation and the alert regarding my room availability. The staff were also very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in their guests.

We have no complaint about Hilton Garden Inn itself, in fact, we liked the hotel & their very friendly & helpful staffs. It's just that it's located in the part of Dubai that is absolutely not walkable, transportation is a must to get anyway.

Unterkunft praktisch zum Burj Khalifa gelegen, in der Umgebung viele Baustellen, schöner Pool, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Empfangspersonal versucht penetrant an Uber Fahrer zu vermitteln, dabei sind die Taxis mit dem bunten Dach deutlich günstiger

The spa was amazing, i think her name was Unish not but she did a great job.
To be fair all the staff were wonderful, lots of smiles and would like to say a special thank you to the breakfast staff and housing they were just wonderful. I can also forget the special lady her name is Jubi who always help us with transport. I really love my stay

Super fint og pænt hotel. Virkelig god morgenmadbuffet komfortable værelser helt perfekt

Hotel molto buono, nuovo, camera confortevole, aria condizionata non invasiva. Colazione buona anche se, paragonata ad altri hotel a Dubai, è leggermente inferiore come scelta, ma comunque di buona qualità. Personale gentile e disponibile. Una scelta molto valida per chi ha bisogno di una camera tripla in quanto è possibile avere un sofabed senza ulteriori costi, cosa non scontata a Dubai, spesso l'extrabed è decisamente costoso. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente, lo scarico della doccia era ostruito con conseguente allagamento di tutto il bagno. Altre note positive sono state la navetta gratuita per il Dubai Mall e il checkout posticipato senza costi aggiuntivi.

The hotel is bad no helping me with the situation i have and not answering hotels.com guys i checked out and hotels.com not refund me with anything and still not from them so please this type of hotel should not be in dubai this so bad
