HKH HOTEL

The shower was horrible. Shower curtain too long and Moldy! Gross! Old plastic dirty gross slippers in the bathroom. 1 towel! No bath mat…. Dirty carpet. WiFi was horrible… needed voucher! Really?!!! How cheap and stupid… no pillow case on one pillow. Lights would not turn off without turning off bedside outlet to charge cell phone. Get a clue about guest service. Restaurant only open at 9am. Only Indian food. No English breakfast?! No in room coffee.

The worest experience hotels. So dirty they allow any ine to nock ur door. Not safe. 1st dau i arrival i was sleeping someone outside the hotel come to my room and keep nocking harc way

The hotel did not clean room and did not change towel and bed cover for my three days stay. But staffs are friendly.

Best thing about this place was leaving.
The worst hotel I've ever stayed in and i loosely use the term hotel?..
Staff are rude, pigeon standard English, not interested in the slightest in your concerns.
The place is in the center of a red light district, I was shock all the Africans are harassing you asking for fun?
As for the place it's used as a business unit on all the floors. People are coming And going day and night dropping off things. Don’t expect to get any sleep. Shouting, slamming doors shut, people on their phone's in the early hours.. its continuous...
The Building is run down in a poor state of repair on a noisy main road.
All the A/c fans on the other side of the building buzzing away. Everything broken or not working.
Unless your deaf.. you won't sleep!
They are no facilities at this place... I mean none? No kettle and you cant even get drinking water unless you buy it? What a fantastic service -NOT!
The premises are not fit for purpose .... nothings clean, your feet stick to the floors, you have to reset the mains electric board every time you enter the room-( that's really safe?).
You have to log in to the Internet every time you leave and re-enter the building? Get them to enter the code.. joke!
Not a place I'd recommend to anyone..
Multiple other people was complaining over the same issues.they Laugh it off as they are fully aware of it..
Safe your stress levels book else where, tho they all seems similar in that area...

E' una vera topaia, sporca. Mai vista una struttura cosi sporca. La stanza è puzzolente e il bagno quasi distrutto. La stanza è molto rumorosa, con un rumore che arriva da un motore fuori la struttura

I never see dirty like this hotel. the corider has a bad smell very unpleasant

Washroom was not what it looked like, lights were not working properly and there was a distinct smell coming from the room

Excellent customer service and helpful staff, enjoyed my stay.

Front side heavy traffic. Backside quiet.
