Amazing hotel in a great location. Junaid answered all my questions and service was amazing. Rooms were spacious and clean. I would stay again!

Checkin at 3am was seamless. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel facilities were better than expected. The room was excellent. Lots of space, a great balcony, and a well equipped kitchen. There was a small supermarket at the rear of the building and another about 200m towards the Canal. The canal walk is clean and easy to follow and the beach was about 30-40 minutes along that. The whole of Dubai is a building site and it is a city for motorists so don't expect quiet at any time. The hotel has three pools open from 7am to 10pm with a fair number of loungers and to your seat food and drink service. One pool is a 20m 'lane' swimming pool though some people don't seem to appreciate this and can get in the way! Fundamentally, I was very happy. It wasn't the hotel's fault that so much building is going on, which Google maps etc don't reflect. Bolt is everywhere and very reasonable for getting around. I used them a lot and never had to wait more than 2 minutes.

We booked a room for two adults and two children. Upon arrival, the front desk informed us there would be an additional charge of 180 AED per child for extra beds, totaling 360 AED. This was surprising, as we’ve stayed in many hotels and never encountered such a fee.

The receptionist was rude and unpleasant, suggesting that if we didn’t want to pay, our children could sleep on the floor. After a long discussion and requesting to speak with a manager, they agreed to provide one extra bed for free and a crib for the other child, even though our child is not a baby.

I felt that the manager was annoyed by my request for free beds, and it seemed like we were placed in the worst room in the hotel as a form of retaliation. Our room was on the first floor, facing a train track, and adjacent to the elevator. The noise from the elevator chime and passing trains made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the room had flies and mosquitoes, and the curtain fell off when we tried to close it.

Overall, this was a disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel

Tous d’abord : j’ai été clients de cette établissement à l’ouverture de l’hôtel ! y’a 1 ans en arrière ,Accueilli par Mr Adbel Azziz Elkashourie qui a été super !
Je peux comprendre qu’il y’a des travaux dans l’entourage…
Mais quand je réserve une chambre ! Avec une certaine somme ! Pour pour un service exacte !
Et qu’on me donne pas l’équivalent ! Je ne suis pas contant ! Vraiment déçus !!
J’ai informé l’établissement … mais sans résultat ! D’où pourquoi j’ai changée d’hôtel !

Es war super gelegen um die bekanntesten Punkte von Dubai zu sehen. Das Valet Parking war kostenlos. Es gab sogar einen kostenlosen Shuttle zur Dubai Mall. Pool, Spielplatz und Kids Club waren ein Traum. Das Apartment war super. Nur die Küche war etwas spartanisch ausgestattet.

Little out of the way area is quite disturbed due to construction activity

I booked a room for 3 adults and they provided me with me one bedroom apartment with no sofa or extra bed and refused to provide me an extra bed saying that this is enough for 3 adults. And they asked for an extra charge for an extra bed despite i have paid for an 3 adult fair. Very disappointing.

The halls smelled bad - the room was not cleaned properly- the amenities were not refilled not even filled when I first checked in - the AC was not cooling as it should although it was on the lowest temperature. Unfortunately it was not a great experience.

Fantastiske medarbejde og fremragende service. Værelse lidt lille og badeværelse meget lille for en 5-stjernet hotel. Serverer desværre ikke alkohol.

Construction noise, non-existent bell staff/conceirge and all service staff is not friendly.

It’s was a pleasant time staying there.

No complaints at all couldnt have done more for i will definitely be back
