Great time at PJ Hotel
Pros:

It was a clean, comfortable place.Staff was very helpful when we needed. The breakfast they served uss( continental) was great n value for the money they charge. The pool eases was so easy as it’s from the hotel room itself.

Cons:

There was no restaurants near by to get something to eat for lunch or dinner. The hotel would not provide it.

Amazing experience and excellent value for money.
Pros:

Absolutely loved my experience in PJ Hotels. Staff were exceptionally caring, provided us with everything we asked for, directed us to all the land marks and tourist attractions in Jaffna. Similarly directed us for places where we could go for lunch/ dinner according to our needs. There was also a local place at 1-2 minutes walking distance, where we could buy food for the times we did not wish to go to a restaurant in Jaffna. The swimming pool was an absolute delight. The shallow end was good for those who wanted to just have a fun time but I love a swimming workout and there was no disturbance and there was a good length and depth. Rooms had excellent air condition, they were clean with facilities to make a cup of tea. There were plenty of sitting areas where you could sit down and read and felt comfortable to do so. Driver room was a plus.

Cons:

For the money we paid, I wouldn't expect anything else as it was excellent value for money.

It’s was baddddddd left the next day
Pros:

It was rubbish, they were gossiping behind our back, it smell like rotten eggs in the bathroom. I will never recommend it. The staff was soo rude

The mattress had stains on it , the room stank I almost threw it up

Pros:

enjoyed my stay here for 5 days. rooms are great . they have swimming pool and gym as well. Jenath Manager is a great asset for them , friendly and courteous. Watchman Senathirajah has a beautiful smile when entering the hotel :)

Fair Stay,
Pros:

- staff is friendly,
- AC was very good
- Family Friendly environment
- they upgraded our rooms with small amount of charge

Cons:

- hotel is fair, rooms are little smaller.
- their restaurant is closing at 9 pm which is annoying,
- pool is somewhat old not maintained properly
- also for credit card payments they are charging 3% which is completely unacceptable
