Room could have been more clean.
Didn’t match with the price.
Great place and good price.. would of liked the swimming pool bit more cleaner though as it was greenish water and muggy at times
enjoyed my stay here for 5 days. rooms are great . they have swimming pool and gym as well. Jenath Manager is a great asset for them , friendly and courteous. Watchman Senathirajah has a beautiful smile when entering the hotel :)

- they upgraded our rooms with small amount of charge
- hotel is fair, rooms are little smaller.
- their restaurant is closing at 9 pm which is annoying,
- pool is somewhat old not maintained properly
- also for credit card payments they are charging 3% which is completely unacceptable
Our group needed 3 rooms. 2/3 rooms the A/C worked. After the first night, the room with non functioning A/C we did let the front desk know. We don’t think any attempt was made to resolve the issue during the day. When we came back to the hotel and raised the issue, we were moved to another room claiming the A/C worked but it was marginally better.
Rooms were never cleaned during the day. We had to ask for new coffee cups for the room. There were no towels provided till we asked.
It appears the location doesn’t have a restaurant. All food is brought in. So, you need to give an hours notice, if you wish to have your meal there. For certain food items, you need to give them 24 hour notice (eg crabs).
Bathrooms really need to be scrubbed down more. There is a fair bit of residue in the tile and grout. The shower in one room, didn’t want to stay where positioned. It would slide down the bar and spray at waist height.
When I booked the reservation, it indicated breakfast included (on the Expedia site). Upon check-in, they first said “no” and it wasn’t included. I needed to show the Expedia site before they agreed.
Lastly, we ran into a long time friend of the family who had booked in here. He is a native of Sri Lanka. After one night, he moved to another hotel in Jaffna town. From his perspective, the hotel was “sub-standard”.

J’ai demandé la chambre plus grand après avoir été dans la chambre triple. On m’a dit dispo lendemain .. ok mais lendemain on m’a prévenu cette chambre plus grand est prise… donc c’était décevant.
Sinon emplacement si on veut aller visiter au centre ville tous les jours… même si c est très calme.
