Very quiet resort with good staff. Swimming pool and spa are very good.
Sri Linkan food at Resturant. Limited food option for the breakfast. You need to request what do you want one day before.

L’hotel spacieux en retrait de la plage de Bentota. Les chambres sont grandes , les lits sont tres confortables, les salles de bain larges et agréables. Le personnel est souriant et attentif
Le restaurant, sous forme de buffet, propose des repas sri lankais exclusivement . Pas de petit déjeuner continental , mais un repas salé et épicé.
The size of the room is good. The porters and cleaners were also very helpful.
Management of the place is appalling. Housekeeping is poor - our bedrooms weren't cleaned while we were there and no sign to hang up to request it to be cleaned. No bin in the room. No furniture on the balcony to sit out on. We had no water on the second day and had to be moved from our block. We were moved to a room where the security box was faulty and beeped throughout the night. The wifi kept cutting out.
The worst thing though is the way they communicate - nothing about treatments when we arrived even though it is an ayurvedic resort and we had to ask what was available and then they quoted different prices for the same thing to my daughter and me. At night there is nobody on reception so you arrive to a ghost hotel and that's how we found we had no water, there was nobody to tell us as we came in we had to phone and eventually somebody answered to tell us. There are lots of people on reception in the morning and none seem too busy. It's got a strange feel to it - lighting in the corridors isn't strong enough and also the bricks in the paths are so loose in places that they actually dislodged when I walked over them.
I'm not usually one to complain in this way but given the cost and the fact they say they are a four star hotel, they need to seriously get some customer training in.
Interesting Visit - the doctor who is based on site for this Ayurvedic retreat centre gave us a lecture after dinner!!! The staff were very accommodating and friendly and happy and helpful!
The reception staff were great. We really enjoyed the breakfast and also the clean pools. The greenery in the estate made it a very relaxingstay

Good location, lovely setting, good pool.
The whole complex felt understaffed, though the staff who were there, worked hard. It didn't function to it's possible potential. There was a definite lack of a manager. Staff were unable to mange a lot of the time. There were no yoga facilities, in spite of being advertised. Bathroom towels were frequently not available due, seemingly, to the laundry not delivering them. I was cold at night and in spite of requesting an extra sheet or a duvet, this didn't happen, unfortunately.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable.

Facilities to have daily massages and other wellness treatments, however didn't make use of this on our stay.
WiFi is currently only available in the rooms, but the connection is good. Staff informed us there are plans to install WiFi across the whole site in the next couple of months.
Staff would benefit from some training on how to use the new card machine in order to take payments.
The are exact location surrounding area non of block out lands , thats why it take some time to give a proper fixed price. Any how they agreed give a deatailed report once we signed the agreent with them
