Just about okay, Beach area is good for which I came here.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and polite. Room was clean, bathroom well maintained.

Cons:

English language is a big problem and other than resident manager, others barely understand it.Fixtures often were loose, ill fitted. AC did not work properly as its controls were not working. AC made noise too. Neighbouring room complained that AC temp was high giving warm air. Swimming pool did not exist when I arrived. After few days a new one was being built more as a tank but not a proper swimming pool with continuous water flow. Items on restaurant menu were often not available. Kitchen utensils not clean. Price ok if improvements / corrections are made properly. TV channels were often missing and resident manager had to be spoken to get a TV channel on the TV.

Мощный океан, но не покупаться. Отель по плану задуман классно, но очень старый и неухоженный. Постояльцев было 3 челове
Pros:

Очень хороший завтрак, один из лучших на Шри-Ланке при отелях.

Cons:

Не было теплой воды! Номер должен был быть с холодильником, но его принесли по просьбе только на следующий день.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The doors are not soundproof at all, so you constantly hear the waves from the beach. While some may find this relaxing, it was a nightmare for our family. The air conditioning was extremely noisy, sounding like a motorbike running nonstop. We also had no hot water, and when we asked about it, we were simply told there was a problem with no solution offered.

When we arrived, the trash bin was already dirty, which showed the room had not been properly cleaned. There was a strong fishy smell coming from the bathroom drain, making it very unpleasant. The beds were advertised as doubles, but they were actually one-and-a-half size and uncomfortable.

The restaurant appeared dirty, and we didn’t feel comfortable eating there. On top of that, construction work was ongoing throughout the day, creating constant noise. Overall, the hotel is poorly maintained. It has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, it is not being taken care of properly.

Cons:

Piscine dans un état lamentable, obliger d'annuler. Les photos ne correspondent pas ä la réalité. Le site est dégradé et on dirait qu'ils s'en foutent complętement.Nous avons dû annuler dès notre arrivée.
L’hôtel ne correspondait pas du tout à ce qui était annoncé, ce qui nous a obligés à chercher un autre établissement immédiatement.
Expérience très décevante. .

Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist unschlagbar – man hört das Meerrauschen im Zimmer, was wirklich wunderschön und beruhigend ist. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte an einigen Stellen eine Auffrischung. Zudem war der Pool während meines Aufenthalts wegen Restaurierungsarbeiten geschlossen, was schade war.

Прекрасное место!!!! Персонал супер!!! Очень отзывчивые, улыбчивые, доброжелательные ребята!!!!
Попали на свадьбу в отеле! Очень мило и приятно! Выезд был в 11, но нам разрешили быть пока не закончится мероприятие!!!
Это наш первый отель на Шри-ланке, выбирали сами, едем дальше путешествовать! Это место в сердце навсегда!!!

Pros:

The sound and views of the beach were so nice, the staff were lovely people, and the rooms/bathrooms were great!

Cons:

We had booked this trip for the beach but unfortunately the beach was not swimmable. The resort was still in construction and there wasn’t really anywhere to buy provisions nearby.
