Pros:

Ubicación, atención, en especial de Hanna, la habitación muy cómoda, buen desayuno. Teniamos a disposición toda la estadía frutas, y bebidas calientes.

Cons:

Tuvimos la mala suerte que nos tocó una habitación que no funcionaba la clave de ingreso, el enchufe de la TV estaba suelto, una lámpara de cama no prendía. Buscaron solucionar. Si no fueran por estas cosillas, iba a ser perfecta la estadía.

Würde wieder kommen und das Hotel auch empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausreichend frisch und abwechslungsreich und Wasser, Kaffee und Obst konnte den ganzen Tag über kostenlos genommen werden. Lage sehr zentral und doch ruhig.

Cons:

Auf den ersten Blick sieht das Bad sehr stylisch aus - aber es gibt ein paar Punkte im Bad, die höchst unpraktisch sind.

Pros:

La chambre spacieuse, claire, bien équipée, lit large et confortable. Appréciable plateau de courtoisie bien fourni et renouvelable. Café et fruits disponibles toute la journée.

Cons:

Des escaliers partout, dès l'entrée, malgré un ascenseur, qui rendent pénible le port des bagages.
Une salle de petit-déjeuner trop petite, une offre limitée.
Surtout un personnel très froid, pas souriant, qui ne fait pas le moindre effort pour trouver une solution à votre problème : une impression de grande indifférence.

Excellent for a few nights
Pros:

Clean and modern, fairly sized room, with a super comfortable bed. Has A/C.
Very good location, near tram, river, restaurants, shops, not far from a large park.

Cons:

The room was in the basement level, with not much sunlight and dim lights in the room.
