Pros:

Chambre au calme donnant sur cour intérieure. Appréciable après une journée de visite.

Proximité immédiate du pont erasmus pour prendre le waterbus ou rejoindre la fenix food factory ou foodhallen.

Pouvoir profiter du salon partagé, des casiers à bagages, des cafés, fontaines à eau et fruits gratuitement sont extrêmement appréciables et rendent le séjour encore plus facile et agréable.

Cons:

Je ne sais pas si c'est la personne qui logeait au-dessus de notre chambre qui avait le pas lourd ou si l'insonorisation plafond est moyenne mais nous entendions tous les déplacements du dessus, dont ceux tard le soir et à 6h30 le matin... C'est vraiment le seul petit bémol que j'aurais à relever.

Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rose. It was walking distance to Albert Heijn and the Tram stops. The hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was really nice and inviting! They have complimentary water, coffee and fruits in the lobby/breakfast area. They also have breakfast for a fee, but we opt out of that. We had in total 5 rooms, and everyone in the family really enjoyed their stay at Hotel Rose. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Breakfast was limited, but there is a Albert Heijn within walking distance.

Good location but disappointed in the rooms
Pros:

Good location with nice restaurants nearby, centrally located near the harbour and ferry port. Good breakfast and air conditioning.

Cons:

Don’t think the cleaning staff are being paid enough. The linen and towels were all fresh and clean. However it didn’t look like surfaces had been properly cleaned (coffee cup rings on bedside tables, dust on surfaces and skirting boards). The walls are also heavily scuffed and marked which makes the rooms feel a tad shabby. In one room the shower kept flooding. Some staff attentive and helpful, others indifferent. You can’t actually see the exact room you are booking on booking.com so it’s a bit of a lucky dip. I booked two rooms - a deluxe twin for a couple and a deluxe double for myself. The twin was dark and small so we ended up swapping out of that room into another twin that while brighter was still smaller than the double. There were also no fridges in the room and no ironing facilities,

EL COBRO DE 100 EUROS COMO DEPÓSITO DE GARANTÍA AL HACER EL CHECK IN, RESULTA INCÓMODO.
LAS EMPLEADAS DE RECEPCIÓN NO SON MUY AGRADABLES. HUBO UNA, ESPAÑOLA, QUE FUE LA EXCEPCIÓN Y NOS AYUDÓ MUCHO AL MOMENTO DE RESPONDER A NUESTRAS DUDAS.
