Für zwei Nächte war es in Ordnung.
Pros:

Sehr nette Bedienung. Lage. Unkomplizierter Check In

Etape d'une nuit
Pros:

Hôtel situé dans un charmant village. Restaurant à 100m et boulangerie juste en face. Facilité de parking. Grand lit et literie confortable.

Cons:

-Code à ouvrir sur le téléphone devant la porte. Original. Cependant une sonnerie se déclenchait à l'ouverture et à la fermeture sans que l'on en comprenne la raison.
-Très bruyant. On entendait les pas des personnes circulant au dessus.
-La chambre n'était pas propre. Le sol semblait ne pas avoir été nettoyé. Les draps étaient troués. Oreillers trop gros.

Good location, but needs a revamp
Pros:

Location was great. Close to Edam and Vollendam. The town is quaint with some great restaurants, bakers and supermarket. The restaurant attached was good.

Cons:

It's described as boutique, but it's looking quite tired and worn in places. The price did not reflect the quality of the furniture, fixture and fittings. It would also be nice to have breakfast included for the price.

Nive place but not boutique
Pros:

Located 40 minutes from Amsterdam in a very picturesque place Middenbermster, very nice and real-NL place.

Cons:

On my second night I got neighbours above me though all hotel was empty, sound prof doesn’t exist there. Those quests started packing 4am and I got to stay awaken till they moved out, every step from the top reflects like a bomb in the room downstairs. So disappointed especially when you book a place to relax. There is no reception there or somewhere to call.
Cleaning could be improved: cups and glasses were not changed on the next day. Though hotel is called boutique it is funny that on the first day only 2 mint and forest fruit tea bags were on the menu, next day only 2 black tea bags.
Floor was kinda dirty, it was uncomfortable to walk barefoot

Mooie locatie echter....
Pros:

Erg mooie locatie en kamer in een mooi pand. Heerlijk bed, mooie badkamer niks op aan te merken. Horeca op loopafstand.

Cons:

Allereerst geen personeel aanwezig. Ten tweede was het restaurant gesloten. Bij het boeken op jullie site stond aangegeven dat er een restaurant aanwezig is. Geen ontbijt daciliteiten. Verder lag er maar 1 handdoek klaar. Jammer.

Bel édifice ancien avec beaucoup de charme. Propreté de l'hôtel. Calme

Pas d'accueil, assez déroutant comme système d'ouverture des portes. Au final nous avons réussi à débloquer les portes mais beaucoup de stress pour des personnes qui n'ont pas de facilité avec les nouvelles technologies

Ein rundum sehr guter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr geräumiges, helles, hohes, gut geschnittenes Zimmer.
Bad- Dusche - Toilette - alles geräumig in einem Raum.
Tolle Badewanne - wenn man sie braucht - und geräumige Dusche.
Guter Fernseher mit möglichkeit über Smartphone auch eigene Streamingdienste zu schauen.
Restaurant im Haus war gut - Personal super nett.
Es gibt keine Rezeption, aber alles lief hervorragend über WhatsApp.

Cons:

Leider fehlte ein kleiner Kühschrank.
Die Toilette im gleichen Raum ist suboptimal, aber gut zu handlen.
Das Frühstück wurde gegenüber in eine Bäckerei eingenommen (kein Büffett)
Es war eher schlicht und für 17,50 vielleicht etwas teuer.
