Я бы рекомендовал посмотреть на другоие 5* отели.
Pros:

Чисто, довольно новая мебель и общие зоны. Неплохое расположение. Бесплатная парковка. Неплохой вид из номера. Неплохо смотрится бассейн, не чисто инфинити, но почти))

Cons:

бронировали два номера. Заезд по регламенту отеля в 15.00, но в 15.10 был готов только один номер. Обещали что в 15,30 будет готов второй, но в реальности был готов только после 16,00
В ресторане (он один) еда ну очень посредственно, а салат с листьями которые очень сильно воняли хлоркой, которой ОЧЕНЬ воняеет вся вода в отеле. То есть есть это было невозможно. Кстати завтрак ну очень слабый. Выпечка вообще дно. Персонал невнимательный. Просил сделать глазунью, принесли омлет. Размер номера явно меньше чем в описании. в описании 35 кв. м. но в реальности это максимум 20, а возможно и 15. Интернет еле шевелится.

великолепные 5 звезд с бассейном и полетом пеликанов!
Pros:

С самого начала и до конца нашего пребывания, было ощущение заботы и внимания. У меня был День Рождения и мне в номере устроили классный сюрприз с тортом и лебедями из полотенец и открыткой.
В отеле не было свободных номеров для раннего заселения (мы прибыли в 7 утра), и нам разрешили пользоваться бассейном до заселения. Весь день мы отдыхали в отеле, также кроме бесплатного завтрака мне добавили еще и бесплатный ужин, отличные сервис и внимание к деталям! вкуснейшая еда всех направлений, есть и местная кухня и европейская и вегетарианская. Бассейн с потрясающим видом на летающих пеликанов и озеро и океан. Красивый стильный дизайн везде - в коридорах, в номере и в обеденном зале. Вкуснейший кофе и потрясающий сервис. Обязательно приедем в этот отель еще раз.

Excellent hotel, clean, cozy and great location.
Pros:

The ambience of the hotel. The location. It is very convenient being inside the mall as the mall as a good court downstairs and an amazing nail spa! Very cozy rooms and clean. Great shower. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice view of the city and lake. Short walk away from Park Mews which has nice bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

I stayed at this Marriott property from 20th to 23rd February, and unfortunately, I experienced a serious issue regarding the safety of my belongings.
On 22nd February, I briefly left my room to have breakfast. I had placed USD 400 inside an envelope, which was secured in a separate compartment of my handbag, and the handbag was inside my suitcase. The suitcase was closed before I left.
Upon returning, I noticed the housekeeping staff member outside my door. After a brief conversation with him, I entered my room and immediately saw that my suitcase had been opened & spread flat during room servicing. The housekeeping staff stated that it had been left open, which was not the case. The envelope containing USD 400 was missing.
I calmly asked the housekeeping staff to check the trash in case the envelope had been accidentally discarded as I didn't want to accuse directly, but it was not found. I then escalated the matter to his supervisor and Assistant Manager Ms. Heshali, who conducted a thorough search of the room and my belongings and the money was still missing.
I was later informed that door access logs and hallway cameras were reviewed, and no suspicious activity was detected. However, if the incident occurred inside the room, it would not be visible on hallway footage.
I remain very concerned for several reasons:
- Only one staff member entered and cleaned my room, whereas standard procedures usually involve more than one person. I would like clarification if this is standard practice at this Marriott property.
- The envelope containing cash was secured inside a separate compartment of my handbag, inside my suitcase.
My suitcase was opened during room servicing.
This experience was extremely distressing and disrupted my schedule, as I was attending work-related education events during my stay. It is not what I expected from a property operating under the Marriott name, which I associate with safety, professionalism, and trust.

Deilig hotell, med veldig god service!
Pros:

Beliggenhet fantastisk. Basseng området var nydelig. Rommet komfortabelt, fint bad sminkespeil med lys er pluss, dusj med hånddusj veldig pluss, ekstra pluss poeng for å ha fire ulike hodepute typer i sengen, helt fantastisk med en god dunpute. En sjelden luksus som jeg satt veldig stor pris på, mest pris på faktisk. Deilig frokost, stor variasjon, lekkert presentert. Fantastisk service i alle avdelinger. Veldig fint å få bruke dusj, garderobe og basseng da jeg ankom lenge før innsjekk. Det tok veldig kort tid før rommet var klart, jeg rakk ikke engang bestille kaffe. Praktisk med kjøpesenter i samme bygg, nydelige templer rett utenfor hotellet. Prisene på mat og drikke er ikke ille.

Cons:

Uventet at det ikke var noen til å hjelpe med baggasjen fra bilen til recepsjonen da den var i 9. etg. Ingen fare, men overraskende i et 5* hotell, som kvinne alene med veldig mye baggasje. Det var tomt for håndsåpe og conditioner på badet, men det betød ikke noe for min totalopplevelse.

Nice hotel but needs to get the food service organised. Because of this would not stay again.

The restaurant. Great spot and nice outdoor area to sit and drink but just unorganised with regards to payment. Mediocre breakfast. Needs signage to show where eggs are for breakfast and needs better coffee. There is NO 24 hour room service as such as they can’t cope when the buffet is on so there is a gap where you Cannot order anything to your room? Weird set up.

Really Comfortable and nice stay
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and black out blinds. Good location and safe entrance. Easy to get taxi or tuk tuk. Big and strong shower.

Cons:

No need for separating walls from bathroom to bedroom but not an issue.
