It was ok not happy stay at all
Pros:

The place was excellent

Cons:

The hotel did not inform us well before of the religious activities during our stay
I had booked 3 rooms we were 5 adults and 2 children
I asked for bed or mattress for kids and they had none
For a 5 star hotel this is not acceptable
They put a bedcover on floor and made a floor bed for the 6 year old
The 3 year old slept in the bed with the kids very bad
The buffet dinner was too spicy all the dishes they should have international dishes for travellers
We could not eat much nor could the kids very upsetting

Enjoyable Stay!
Pros:

Wonderful breakfast. The F&B executive, Mr. Osmanda, went above and beyond to deliver excellent service.
Additionally, Dhruthi assisted in selecting vegetarian Sri Lankan cuisine.

Oh it was amazing, I loved the room and the staff
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. I loved the food and all the options there. I wish I could stay longer

Cons:

Check-in took a while, I understand early check-in wasn't possible but it took quite a while and there weren't much to do other than waiting and exploring the mall, especially since I was there for an event.

Pros:

Excellent service, friendly and resourceful staff. The hotel is very well located, near plenty of options for restaurants and shops. Big, comfortable rooms and good variety and quality of food

Cons:

Nothing in particular. Had no opportunity to go to the pool or gym, so I can not say how they are.

A comfortable stay at a great location.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and the rooms were new and stylishly decorated. The restaurant area on level 9 and the pool area has amazing views of Colombo, overlooking Beira Lake. The shopping centre is conveniently located right next to the hotel.

Cons:

The pool can only be accessed by walking through the dinning/lobby area on level 9. It does not give guests the privacy we need. The views from pool is beautiful however.

The food is testing good, but the spread is average. The Restaurant Service is poor. they offer me to seat outside but not look after the guests who sit outside.
