The restaurants weren't open
- We booked via booking.com and received a booking DM with a phishing link trying to obtain our credit card information. We where threatened to get our booking cancelled if we do not enter our data (which we did not ofc..). The issue was reported to booking, but they seem to not bother about people getting scammed on their site
- The days before arrival, we were contacted multiple times via WhatsApp regarding our detailed arrival time. Since we were doing a road trip and didn't know ourselves, they kept annoying us
- During check in, they tried to charge us a different amount (about 30% more than booked for). We had to show our booking.com confirmation before they were able to give us the correct price
- One of the rooms was full of mosquitos due to a window not being completely closed. A new room was not provided.
- There are no air dryers in the rooms
- The building is quite old, if you forget to turn on the water heater and wait for some time, your shower will stay cold.
- The curtains don't close sufficiently to keep light out and the hotel is next to a big road, which means you should not expect a sleeping-out holiday environment here
- There is no power without the hotel card in the room (you need the actual hotel room card - this is the only thing they did not save on), which means your AC only works while you're there. It is OK for sleeping on it's lowest power setting, and it made the temperature go down from 27°C to 24°C within a whole night.
After all, we left the hotel early and went to a better one. Their advertising may sound nice, but you get a - in the best case at least clean - room in an old building operated by potential scammers. Save your money and go somewhere else!
It is on the main road just next to beach view a lot of restaurants nearby and most importantly the day we arrived there is INDIAN RESTAURANT which opened same day .
The chef made special dinner for us night before there opening making us feel like home there .
Food was very tasty and potion was more than enough for two .

e TLC, loose floorboards, mouldy bathroom gym was not worth the effort and smelt of smoking on our floor.
Close to a beach with multiple bar/restaurant stops- a good and pleasant walk.
The first room offered (upgraded from superior to deluxe) was not clean especially in the shower. We were eventually moved to another room far more acceptable.
The variety of the breakfast was good. Fresh strawberries was also there which I liked

I did not like the way they treat guests
No privacy. Management always around the reception area and watching the guests and laughing. whenever asked anything , they are simply says they don't know, etc. But minding what they can charge with income making centered mind.
The property was not what we expected through photos. The room what we have booked was Superior King Room and as per the photos it was next to the sea, but unfortunately they have provided a room in rear side of the hotel in 4th floor, facing railway track with too much noice and construction was going on. When we request for a room change, we had to pay additional 2,500/- for a room in second floor facing the sea and so many noice from road not peaceful at all. The posted photos are totally different when we arrive at the property totally dissapointed.
Too much CCTV in the property and can't even operate the lift without Keycard (my partner was in room with the keycard and I was stucked in the lift when operating due to unavailability of Keycard). 0% privacy in hotel rooms, we were able to here discussions on other rooms while we were in the lobby and when I was infront of door, I could hear the noise clearly in the room like there was no door. Can even hear laptop keys tapping from outside.
We have order the same food in Two days for lunch and first day the portion was good (chopsey, omlet, Two sausages. mix rice with prawns and cuttlefish), but the second day the portion was not even 50% value from the first day (half sausage, omlet, mix rice with not much prawns and no cuttlefish either) we have address it but no respond.
Room space was not enough for what we have paid.
Overall package cost was not really worth for the service we got from hotel.
Actually it was quite a lovely stay because the interior design of those rooms was very nice.
Also, starf will help you whatever the situation occurs.
