Clean room but lots of noise at night but I guess it is in city centre and near railway station

Prima hotel lekker geslapen

No breakfast which was not good. For the price it should be included. Expensive for just a Small room. Room was clean and had a good bed. No terras or balcony. You cannot sit outside. Had to stand outside to get fresh air. No machine for a soft drink or snack.

Basic Hotel, nothing special exept Staff get 5 star. Voice isolation is poor and bed was not the best. Good for a one night stay.

I arrived at the hotel during the late morning hours. I was greeted by the management who was then kind enough to let me check-in to my room. Considering my flight from the West coast of the U.S.A. and the train travel from Amsterdam to Arnhem, the early check-in with no additional charge shows the hotel management cares for their customers. My room was clean, with fresh towels, bed sheet, and comforter. This hotel is just next to Arnhem Central (a train and a bus terminus). I will certainly return to this hotel if my future travels include Arnhem.

O hotel tem excelente localização, perto do centro e da estação. O atendimento foi ótimo, muito atenciosos e simpáticos. O quarto muito limpo, confortável e não me faltou nada. Minha conclusão é que fiz uma excelente escolha. Recomendo a todos.

호텔에도 충분히 괜찮아 보이는 식당이 있음.
가성비가 매우 줗았음.

Room (two single beds) was very small, no chance to walk or use the desk without obstruction. Noisy if you open the window. A bit run-down and ghetto-fixes.
Breakfast: Clean and fresh in the dim light but no great variety.
Location is central and very close to shopping/bars/restaurants in Arnhem.
In Berlin you have better value for Money.

A group of us cycling around Holland had booked this hotel, specifically stating that we wanted rooms with single beds, unfortunately on arrival one room had a double bed, this was put down to booking error by the hotel. However they promised to rectify within next hour, and a single bed was added to the room. Rooms were clean with standard facilities, location is excellent, and good quality breakfast.

Simple accommodations in very convenient location. Hotel was sold out the night that I stayed. Arrived early and was given a room within 10 minutes. Staff were very attentive and helpful. I am a satisfied customer.

Myself and work colleagues stayed here for 3 nights whilst doing a Battlefield tour. Rooms were basic, and clean but just lacked a little bit of TLC. There were rooms with light bulbs blown, a broken toilet in mine, broken shower in one of the rooms.
The continental breakfast was plentiful, and staff were friendly.

For my stay here, my main criteria was proximity to the train station as hotels in Utrecht were fully booked. This hotel was inexpensive, the staff friendly and the rooms clean. It is also less than 5 minutes walk from the platform to the hotel, so it was easy to catch the train. Just remember to take the escalator DOWN from the train platform and you enter the new train station with the exit around 200m from this hotel.

The hotel has a very convenient location next to the central train station and the neighbour old city centre of Arnhem. Next to the premises is a huge parking as well which charges only 15 euro to stall your car during the night. Around the hotel there are some good eating options. Our room was what we have expected: big enough, tidy and decent bathroom facilities. Breakfast was good and the service was quick, helpful and professional. The Greek food in their restaurant is highly recommended.

Stayed a couple of nights for a football match.

The room was small and dated, but clean with a decent bathroom and shower.

Check-in friendly enough and the breakfast was adequate. Very convenient location for the centre of Arnhem and good value as a basic hotel.
