Prachtig penthouse met een super uitzicht
Pros:

Prachtig penthouse appartement in een monumentale Watertoren met een super uitzicht! Het heeft een heerlijk bed en een comfortabele zithoek. Tip is om ook een keertje eten te bestellen om goed gebruik te maken van het verblijf, in plaats van het enkel als slaapplek te gebruiken. Groningen is ook echt een hele leuke plaats en binnen 15 minuten lopen ben je in het centrum!

Cons:

De douche was helaas lauw. Van een appartement in deze prijscategorie mag je toch wel een warme douche verwachten. De kranen waren op de warmste stand wel gloeiend heet daarentegen..

Daarnaast hadden wij de pech dat er de eerste nacht een enorme wind stond. Doordat het raam in de slaapkamer niet dicht kon en op een kiertje vastgemaakt was, hebben wij ontzettend slecht geslapen deze nacht. De wind suisde vrijwel continu door dit kiertje. Mijn vriendin ging zelfs naar de bank omdat ze echt niet kon slapen en daar de ramen wel dicht konden (De tweede nacht gelukkig geen harde wind meer gehad en toen hadden we wel een goede nacht).

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Tolles Apartment. Super Lage. Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Jumbo Markt direkt nebenan. Die Matratzen sind recht hart, was uns aber sehr gut gefallen hat.

Cons:

Leider ist die Tür vom offenen Wohn- Küchenbereich zum Schlafzimmer aus Glas, und es gibt keine Verdunkelung. Wenn man nicht zusammen schlafen geht, ist es im Schlafzimmer recht hell.

Zeer schoon verblijf met fantastisch uitzicht over de stad!
Pros:

Het uitzicht en de locatie zijn top. Verder is de accommodatie zeer schoon en van alle benodigdheden voorzien.

unieke overnachting in een historische watertoren
Pros:

Het meest beviel mij het feit dat je in een historische watertoren zit en het fenomenale uitzicht wat daarbij hoort. Een unieke ervaring

Cons:

Het inchecken. Ik had aangekondigd er rond vier uur te zijn. Ik kwam in een lege hal met een dichte receptie. Het contact zoeken verliep moeizaam en ik heb daar uiteindelijk drie kwartier gestaan me te irriteren

Toplocatie met matige service.
Pros:

Ligging van de watertoren is echt top, mooie uitvalsbasis om de stad in te gaan. De inrichting van het appartement is minimalistisch maar erg comfortabel. Het bed is stevig maar slaap heerlijk. Het keukentje is keurig ingericht en compleet.

Cons:

Het NO-Service concept is lastig als er iets niet volgens plan verloopt. Er is niemand die je kunt bellen, uitsluitend in nood. En een emailadres is dus voor niet noodsituaties de enige manier om te communiceren en dat is erg beperkt. Het oplossen van een probleem met de TV is simpelweg niet gedaan, ondanks een verblijf van 5 dagen. Ook handdoeken, vaatwastabletten en wc-papier was aanwezig voor 2 dagen. Dat is weinig gastvrij en niet in lijn met de positionering van deze accomodatie. Grootste ergernis was echter de geluidsoverlast van het bovengelegen kantoor. Uitslapen was geen optie op werkdagen en dat is ronduit jammer. Ook de afvoer van de bovengelegen toiletten is hoorbaar bij doortrekken. Bouwkundig had eea echt beter opgelost kunnen worden.

A very memorable and exceptional place to stay..
Pros:

Staying in a water tower?? It was incredible! The space was spacious, the views incredible, the location great, the hosts extremely nice and available.. what's not to like!
