Ich hatte neben dem wunderbar ausgestatteten Zimmer ein sehr leckeres Frühstück für 20€, ein Fitnessstudio dass von Yoga
Pros:

Super nettes Personal, überaus tolles Fitness wie ich es noch nie erlebt habe und ein top ausgestattetes Zimmer!

Pros:

Tout était parfait , j’y ai séjourné avec ma petite fille de 5 ans pour aller a Madurodam, parfait juste en face, de plus le tram nous amène vers la plage ou vers la ville . Tout était parfait y compris le service , le restaurant et le petit déjeuner.

Het meedenkende, spontane en vriendelijke personeel bij de receptie en ook in het restaurant. Het ontbijt en het feit dat de auto kon blijven staan en wij de tram naar de stad/museum/ Scheveningen zonder problemen konden bereiken.

veiligheid maak ik mij zorgen over . verblijf verder goed

Concept review 26 t/m 27 februari

Van 26 tot en met 27 februari heb ik overnacht in Hotel Plesman in Den Haag. De kamer was netjes verzorgd en het ontbijt was prima geregeld. Daarover niets dan lof.

Wat minder goed verliep, was de situatie in de nacht rond 01.00 uur. Het brandalarm ging af, waarna ik mij direct naar de gang heb begeven. Daar hadden zich al meerdere gasten verzameld, maar niemand wist wat er aan de hand was.

Ik ben kort teruggegaan naar mijn kamer om een trui, schoenen, jas en mijn telefoon te pakken. Toen ik weer op de gang kwam, was het alarm inmiddels gestopt. Op de etage was geen medewerker aanwezig om uitleg te geven over de situatie.

Bij het uitchecken heb ik navraag gedaan. Er werd aangegeven dat het om een vals alarm ging en dat gasten hierover een bericht zouden hebben ontvangen. Dat bleek niet het geval. Er zijn excuses aangeboden, maar het blijft zorgelijk dat tijdens een dergelijk moment geen directe communicatie of zichtbare aanwezigheid van personeel was.

Gelukkig betrof het een vals alarm. Maar in het geval van een echte calamiteit is duidelijke communicatie en begeleiding essentieel. Dat verdient naar mijn mening meer aandacht.

Perfect luxe verblijf op top locatie tussen strand en stad

Het design, de architectuur & de locatie; tussen Scheveningen en centrum in.

Cons:

Bouwput achter het hotel, maar dat wordt wat moois ;)

Bel hôtel avec une chambre propre, bien équipée et très bien décorée. Equipe agréable.

Bel hôtel avec une chambre propre et bien équipée. L'hôtel est excentré mais à proximité d'un tramway. Bon accueil, personnel à l'écoute. La chambre et l'hôtel dans sa globalité sont décorés avec soin. Les parties communes (bar, restaurant) sont très agréables. Buffet de petit déjeuner varié.

Cons:

Le maintient au chaud de l'offre de petit-déjeuner salée pourrait être améliorée pour une expérience encore plus qualitative.
