Struttura di design e stile
Pros:

La struttura è di ottimo livello ed anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Il design ricercato e il personale cordiale e disponibile, in particolare le ragazze italiane che lavorano in reception

Cons:

Unico neo è l’housekeeping. Onestamente come segnalato in fase di checkout ritengo non sia al livello della struttura. Avevamo una piccola suite con un cucinino e non è mai stato lavato nulla (posso anche capire i piatti ma almeno le tazze da the e caffè come per tutte le altre stanze). Ma questo è minor rispetto al fatto che per un giorno è saltata proprio la pulizia della camera nonostante fosse stata espressamente richiesta e che comunque il livello di pulizia - quando effettuata - non era all’altezza. Come dimostrato con supporto fotografico in reception al checkout. Ciò non intacca overall la valutazione eccellente della struttura ma personalmente ritengo vada un po’ rinforzato questo aspetto

Ich habe noch nie so freundliche und herzliche Mitarbeitende in einem Hotel erlebt.

Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Immer alles nachgelegt und eine super Auswahl.

Sehr kinder und hundefreundlich

Cons:

Für Kinderwagen oder auch Rollstühle müssen über einen Hintereingang vom Restaurant.

Es ist halt neu, also sauber. Die Lage gut für Strand und Stadt

Die Zimmer sind klein, das Bad groß und im WC Raum ist es arg eng bei meiner Größe.

Mooi hotel op ideale locatie tussen Den Haag en Scheveningen
Pros:

De locatie en de uitstraling van het hotel. Het personeel was aardig en behulpzaam. Sommigen spraken geen Nederlands.
Goede gordijnen en heerlijke bedden. Apart toilet, dus niet in de badkamer.

Cons:

Jammer dat iedere dag alle handdoeken verschoond werden, zelfs als ze gewoon op het haakje hingen.
De kledingkast is te smal voor de kledinghangers die erin hangen
De warmhoudlampen bij het ontbijtbuffet hangen boven de lepels ipv boven het eten

אנשים טובים ומלון פצצה, נשמח להגיע בעתיד שוב!
Pros:

המלון עצמו מקסים מעוצב מאוד ועם היסטוריה מרשימה וכייף להתארח במקומות כאלה,
צוות המלון והמסעדה אדיבים וידידותיים מאוד. חדרים נוחים גדולים ומפנקים.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, wenn man es nicht weit zum Strand und in die Stadt haben möchte (alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn einem 30min Fußweg nicht stören oder halt ÖPNV nutzen). Außerdem kann man von hier aus viele gute Laufstrecken starten. Das Fitness-Studio ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Nach dem Duschen kommt leider ein unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss.
