Toplocatie, superpersoneel maar jammer van het ontbijt.
Pros:

De lokatie is super en de mensen zijn zeer vriendelijk

Cons:

Het feit dat er geen plek is om te ontbijten. Je moet in een hoekje aan de receptie je ontbijt uit het buffet samenstellen en meenemen naar je kamer en dat is niet evident als je op de 2 de verdieping logeert.

Lovely, wouldn't hesitate to book again!
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Styled really nicely so felt very premium. Spotlessly clean, almost as if it were a brand new room - they had cleaned everything thoroughly. Plenty of space for luggage, relaxing etc. Filtered water, teas and coffees provided.

Spacious shower with nice warm water and good pressure. Comfortable bed and pillows. We did not make much use of the kitchenette as we were only there for two nights, but it would be extremely handy, especially the fridge if you wanted to buy something which needed refrigerating.

Friendly and helpful reception staff, who explained everything well.

The location was great for exploring Leiden centre, the historic sites, museums, shops etc. And It has a beautiful atmosphere, right on the canal with lovely residential streets nearby. It is a little walk from the train station, around 20 minutes, and the pavements are all brick so it's not the best for suitcases - we managed it fine though, but depending on mobility and luggage you might consider getting the bus or a taxi.

We have a friend who is from Leiden so we may well be back in the future, and if so we will 100% book this hotel again as it was pretty much perfect!

Cons:

The water splashed out of the shower quite a lot, leaving the floor towel very wet. It might be good to provide two floor towels by default so we can alternate without having to request room servicing for a fresh one.

Truly a place to stop and breathe.
Pros:

Staying in a historic building while enjoying a modern, chic, cozy, comfortable and spacious room with a view of the canal. Clean and felt new. Tastefully decorated. The well equipped and stocked kitchenette was an added bonus.

Comfy bed, great hotel and location
Pros:

Perfect location and friendly helpful staff. Clean and comfortable bedrooms with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Reception has a water and sparkling water machine and during the day hot drinks machine. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Guter Tipp für einen Städtetrip.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ruhig an einer Gracht gelegen, Restaurants und Geschäfte in ca. 10 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Das Zimmer war gemütlich, Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber. Im Bad fehlen allerdings Haken bzw. Trockenmöglichkeiten für die benutzten Handtücher.
Das Frühstück im Zimmer einzunehmen ist durchaus machbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet im Rezeptionsbereich ist okay, jedoch die Auswahl und angebotene Menge an Aufschnitt sehr eintönig und dürftig. Das Gleiche gilt für die nur eine angebotene Käsesorte.
Im Ganzen ist man für einen Städteaufenthalt hier gut untergebracht.

Cons:

Fehlende Trockenmöglichkeiten der Handtücher im Bad.

Pros:

Lovely room, comfy bed, air con which worked incredibly well and easy to operate, small kitchenette in the room, with fridge and minibar, streaming tv. Everything worked perfectly. Staff were lovely and helpful. Motivational toiletries with slogans like ‘you rock!’ were a lovely touch. Great location - bear things but completely quiet - easy to get a good nights sleep.

Cons:

Pillows were slightly too big! Only had breakfast on last day, it was fine but not great value for what it was.

Heerlijk hotel, top locatie.
Pros:

Het bed ligt fantastisch, flexibel in spullen bewaren zodat we later konden inchecken met een digitale key.

Cons:

Douche is niet heel groot. Geen eigen parkeerplaats dus kosten van dagkaart €35 komt op eigen rekening erbij.
