Mixed feelings from a rop brand
Pros:

Good: room, swimming pool size, breakfast, gym, sauna & steam room, confirmation for late check out (2pm)

Cons:

Bad: swimming pool temperature (so hot - it impossible to swim, around 40C), room cleaning and mini bar - not replenished (5 nights with 1 piece of soap!! Cmon JWM!), front desk is asking for the key cards to return on checking out (and key cards are not even branded)

Pros:

I like the location, and the comfortable rooms.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the in-room dining, both the responsiveness and the quality of the food delivered. I also felt the dinner options for in-room dining were rather limited, and my first choice was not available on the day. It can take several attempts to get an answer on phone. The hotel was very busy but i still expected higher standard even at peak time.

Pros:

Elegant, posh exquisite. Breakfast was top top notch. So many different spaces to hang out in. D pool area Mughal restaurant, steak bar, roof top pool wowww.
