Overall a good stay!
Pros:

The staff at reception and the restaurants were welcoming and attentive. Our room was beautiful with lots of space. We tried most restaurants in the hotel, all were really good with great portion sizes. Pool and gym areas was good.

Cons:

Some of the security staff were not friendly.

Everything you need is available and the staff are happy to help.
Pros:

The place is beautiful and clean, the breakfast is excellent and varied, the staff were extremely polite and respectful, and the trainer, whose name I think is (Flifla), was excellent and very respectful. The stay was lovely.

Exceptional
Pros:

Everything! This was our second stay at JW Marriott Nairobi and this stay was better than the last.
Check in was a breeze. ALL the staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was spotless and the beds are some of the most comfortable we’ve slept on. The only slight complaint was that the service at breakfast was slow. Had to wait on eggs for a while and the coffee needed to be chased up. Other than that all was great! We did try another hotel in Nairobi to try something new but realised JW Marriott is the best place to stay in Nairobi and will return on our next trip.

The Location, the staff in the Masai attire so beautiful, everyone was very helpful

Cons:

our room came with a lounge but during the day there's hardly anything to eat, I didn't find any value for that
