Service received interms of welcome can’t be 5 stars , unless they have specific guests that they offer complete 5 star
Pros:

Very clean , great location, great food

Cons:

They just took our bags and said they will bring them to the room which never happened , after about 15 minutes , we went downstairs to ask for our bags, bags were still at the security check point and they said they will take them to the room and still didn’t happen , so we had to take them by our selves.
The staff seemed to be too busy to attend to anyone
No welcome drink offered .
I reached for the drink jar , no glasses and the jar was empty .

Nightclub next door ruins this hotel. Music can be heard in the bedrooms.
Cons:

There is a nightclub next door that is open until 6 am daily. You can hear the music in hotel rooms. Airport hotels are for sleeping!

The breakfast was good,the ambience was lovely and relaxing,the entrance and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

Pros:

Very nice hotel near the airport. Good restaurants and bars in the hotel. Room very comfortable and spacious. Good value for money.Good buffet brrakfast.Free shuttle was very good.

Cons:

Would be good to have ATM at the hotel.

De bedden waren heel comfortabel. Eten en de prijs kwaliteit waren heel goed.
Dicht bij de luchthaven. Ideaal voor een lange transfer. We konden gebruik maken van de late check-out tot 20:00pm.

L'accueil, le confort et le service ont été impeccable

Cons:

Le petit bémol c'est que l'hotel est à 15 à 20 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport. Mais cela est compensé par les moyens que l'hotel a mis en place pour assurer le déplacement de ses clients.
