Great hotel close to the airport
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel on 3 differnet occasions within a 2 week period. The reason is because it is very close to the Jomo kenyatta International airport and the The Nairobi SGR Terminus for those who are taking a train from Nairobi to Mombasa and vice versa. They provide complementary shuttle service which was amazing. The staff is woderful, the place is very safe and secure, the rooms are modern and the breakfast buffet and the room service is great as well. Overall amazing service and we enjoyed our time here.

Cons:

Everything was great and the hotel served our purposes which was to be close to the airport and the SGR terminus.
If you are staying here hoping to explore the Nairobi city I would say it is probably not in the best location for that as it is far and it would take way too long to get to tourist attractions because of traffic.

Excellent location, facilities and service but would benefit from a quiet space for solo travellers.
Pros:

The location is excellent with a free courtesy car to and from the airport. The room was outstanding particularly the shower. The breakfast selection was great catering for all tastes with wonderful cappuccino. The staff were helpful and caring.

Cons:

I stayed as a single traveller over a busy and noisy weekend. Whilst it is delightful to see so many people enjoying themselves boisterously as an 85 year the noise could be overwhelming particularly when it was difficult to find a quiet space to read and relax for several hours prior to my flight.

A very warm welcome upon arrival. Super easy check in and was shown to our room quickly. Very close to the airport after a long flight and a very comfortable stay
