Amazing!

The hotel is beautiful. The pool is pristine and the morning buffet is amazing. Kente in the spa was a miracle worker. She restored me after 6 days bouncing around in a jeep on safari. Be sure to request a room with a pool view. Even though the construction next door is loud it is nothing compared to the nightclub on the front of the building which plays until 5 or 6 in the am

Amazing stay. We just needed a few hours of rest as we transited through Kenya. We booked this because it was close to the airport. We were picked up by a shuttle bus at 1am and met by Steven who was very friendly. Check-in was fast. We were leaving before 6am and would miss breakfast but they even arranged a packed breakfast.

The room was very nice. Clean, modern, TV. And the rest of the hotel looked amazing I wish we had more time to explore. If I ever need to come to Kenya I would definitely stay here again.

The beds are very comfortable. The lighting if the room is perfect for light sleepers. Excellent showers.

Exceptional service & staff. The dining was excellent with great choices. Very clean room. Shuttle service was reliable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is excellent. Perfect for our connecting fight next morning. Great room, Free Shuttle to nearby Airport & a fine breakfast pack to take for a 5:30am start!

Great place for an overnight airport stop over

We thought being so close to the airport we would hear planes all night. Our room overlooked the front and we didn't hear a thing. The Staff were great and we won't hesitate to use this Hotel again and again

Cozy n clean rooms! Massive premise. Clean pools. Breakfast was fabulous with a great variety! Just ten mins from the airport, so makes it easy for early morning flights!

Staff is kind and courteous! Id love to mention about the Manager, Alok Kumar who attended to my complaint and ensured I was happy with the outcome.

Room service can be improved as I found it very slow. But not a big deal.

Overall, would highly recommend!

Convenient hotel, brand new, staff is attentive & friendly. Rooms are very comfortable, breakfast had lots of options. Pool area looked great but did not use it.

Gorgeous hotel and so close to the airport. The shuttle was amazing - Sammy our driver was SO helpful and friendly. And check in was also so quick and efficient for us getting in so late- thank you Cate! Will definitely be back anytime I’m in Nairobi and will recommend to everyone.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was lovely. The upgrade put me into a room with larger more comfortable room. Unfortunately it was on the front of the hotel with a nightclub just below my window. I am writing this review at 5 am because the nightclub music and highway traffic is making my falling back to sleep unlikely. I realize the hotel can do nothing about this, but I would only stay again if I could get a room on the other side of the building.

After three phone calls, three in person meetings and 2.5 hours, the hotel finally provided us with a bottle of water. Simply terrible service and did not seem to particularly care it was poor service.

With Expedia VIP access i got free late checkout, but nothig else even though they do advertise alot more. The hotel itself was great, very impressive. Very clean and safe. Rooms are great. They offer complimentary airport shuttle to airport which is great.

Great stopover after arriving in Nairobi prior to setting off for safari. Well equipped, spacious and good restaurant.
