Comfort e ospitalità perfette
Pros:

Hotel meraviglioso, curato in ogni singolo dettaglio. La posizione è perfetta per l'aeroporto. Dista solo 10 minuti e offre anche un servizio di pick up e drop off organizzato benissimo.
Le stanze sono spaziose e confortevoli, con letti comodissimi, bagni ampi completi di tutto, TV e ogni confort possibile.
Abbiamo utilizzato questo hotel per un layover. Avevamo prenotato solo una notte all'andata del nostro viaggio, ma ci è piaciuto talmente tanto che lo abbiamo riscelto anche per il ritorno.

Pros:

Beautiful decor, comfortable bed, great location next to airport. Good breakfast! The room is spacious and clean. Feels very luxurious.

Cons:

Some of the staff were a bit pushy and we could hear a lot of noise to our room from the yard. There were kids running around everywhere and shouting at dinner and staff did nothing about it.

Do not recommend – gave away my room despite confirming late arrivalI highly advise against staying at this hotel. I booked a two-night stay specifically because my flight arrived at 1:00 AM. Despite communicating my late arrival time to the hotel beforehand and even using the hotel’s free airport shuttle, I arrived to find they were "sold out" and had given my room to another guest.I was forced to wait until 11:00 AM the next day just to access a room. To make matters worse, I requested a reduced rate for this massive inconvenience both in person and via Booking.com, but I have received zero response. Total radio silence. Avoid this place if you expect them to honor your reservation.

Pros:

Location to the airport, rooms were clean, and quiet with blackout curtains.

The round trip free airport shuttle only is good for the NBO airport and not for the WIL airport.

Really love the free shuttle service offered from the airport. It was so simple and easy to use and we saw appreciated being greeted as we exited the building. The hotel is very beautiful and all the food we ate here was great.
