My stay was reasonably good and uneventful. Could have been better
Pros:

I liked the room 209 standard King for the space and outside view. The open wardrobe was useful. The small stool was handy for placing small items. The bathroom had facilities for personal items like toothpaste, shaver, comb etc. The facility has a swimming pool, an outside restaurant and a great view of the river and waterfalls. The tyre walkway along the river is breathtaking. Breakfast is provided. The new massage chair in the reception area is a great refreshing addition. Drinking water is provided in the rooms.

Cons:

The driveway to the facility is rather rough and driving up the hotel is rather steep, narrow & stressful . The entry from the main road is dangerously located and risky A safer less risky alternative entry into the hotel should be provided. The staff should be trained regularly in etiquette and knowledge of the facility They were not able to give a good orientation on use of the facilities including the lift, the room appliances like TV & Wifi etc. They should accept objective criticism and not be too defensive. The staff are generally well mannered and dressed. They should keep the compound and facilities clean all the time. They should clear tables on time. The Supervisor should be on the ground all the time. Room 209 bathroom floor is visibly tilted to the drain. One feels unstable while taking a shower. The bathroom needs hooks for hanging the towel and other wet clothing The wardrobe should be slightly bigger to accommodate the hangers. The TV should be in a working condition. There was too much noise late into the night from the rooftop bar and also from the downstairs restaurant. Portions of breakfast are inadequate especially in regard to locally available agricultural products like vegetables, fruits and fresh juice.

The tvs are so tiny and oldschool,can't watch YouTube or Netflix
No one to monitor people going to their rooms,our room was opened at 3:00am while we were asleep-include the automatic door lockers

Perfect location for a visit to Mt. Kenya.
Pros:

Good service. Simple clean rooms with small balcony. Pool and recreation area was good for kids.

Cons:

Breakfast options limited. Noise from loud music poolside carried up to our room until very late. Room security not great. Thin doors with simple locks could use an upgrade. Drunk people made a disturbance early in the morning and management/security was nowhere to be found.
