The staff were very friendly, breakfast was very good

It’s located city center the access was very easy

Cons:

I found out they did not change the bed sheets, so in the morning I saw bed sheet with big mark of blood, anyway they changed my room

You stay here mainly because there's not many other options in Kakamega, at that price.
Pros:

The breakfast is nothing special, just bread, eggs, a sausage and sweet potatoes. Not very well done, fruits not ripe enough. As I said, nothing special.
The rooms are huge, even for a single room. The showers heat up really well, once you figure out which one is hot water 😅😅 there's plenty of water in the taps.

Cons:

The food isn't that good. The showers are labelled wrongly, so Cold is Hot, and Hot is Cold. It's right in town, and while this is a good thing at times, you'll also have to deal with the noise from the streets below.
I feel that for the price point, there could have been a kettle on the room.

Pros:

The food was good and breakfast was generous.
The guys from the kitchen were nice.
- The shower was also good with enough running water and the hotel in central making it easy to access it.

Cons:

The fact that the room had One chair and the guy we met at the reception when we came back from an outing she was asking for more money saying the booking dot.com wants us to pay a flat rate other than the price we saw on the website.
-Also claiming he hadn't received the mpesa message yet we received ours immediately we got there and now it was past 12 hrs I don't know if he thought we were drunk.
- Other than that everything else was okay,and ooh...one towel in the room instead of two.
