The staff were great at this hotel. They checked us in before 12 and had a room ready. The room was clean and comfortable. They arranged a taxi to the airport for us. We had lunch at the restaurant which was very good, we had the chicken and beef wraps and would recommend.

Rooms were too small and very dirty, couldn’t sleep either
The staff were good, well lit rooms, good decor/set up
My room was next to a construction site. I was woken up by loud bangs before 7 everyday. When I arrived the room curtain was too small for the window so I had to make multiple trips to the front desk because the phone was not working. House keepers woke me up before 9 for cleaning but mysteriously they could only deliver water at 2pm; the housekeeper was however really nice.The shower temperature is too cold for the non Europeans. Outside the hotel the open drainage was stinking so walking around wasn't pleasant

We opted for room without breakfast as it is overpriced in my opinion.
At night there was a lot of noise from 7th floor as they were moving furniture.

Excellent food. Very good service. The view from the 7th floor bar is great - you can see so much of Nairobi! My room was very well designed and kept in tip top condition. I moved to Radisson Blu Arboretum for logistical reasons when I returned to Nairobi and it is not as good.
