Staff were very warm and prompt in their response to any request which made my stay worth it.

Cons:

A limited room service menu, lighting in the bedroom is limited, Creamers and tea bags given are very few. Rate may be more favourable for foreigners than East Africans.

Great service, great food.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and quick to bring up anything that was requested. The restaurant was fabulous. The brunch had lots of selection, serving traditional African, Indian and Western breakfast foods. We were also there for the Friday night bbq, so good.

Cons:

The beds were hard and the pillows were too soft. Nice bathroom but the water in the shower would either run too hot or too cold. Still, an overall nice stay.
