Overpriced.
Pros:

Attractive rooms, nice landscaping, great swimming pool. Marianne, the receptionist, was pleasant.

Cons:

There must be a management problem as the staff all around seemed glum and dour. The boxed house wine was very expensive for the quality. Could have purchased two bottles for the cost of two glasses. Breakfast was also quite expensive for what we received. I asked for over medium eggs and received two overcooked bricks. When I asked for fresh ones to be cooked properly, again they were hard, and they charged me extra. I had them reduce the bill and take off the coffee charge, which should have been included in the meal cost. No mosquito net was provided but thankfully we travel with one. The place is getting a bit rundown and so are the staff.

Estancia regular
Pros:

La ubicación! Era la que necesitábamos. Muy tranquila la zona.

Cons:

Es muy ruidoso. Al ser una casa y no un hotel cuando llegaba gente se escuchaba. Tuvimos la mala suerte que llegaron 10 huéspedes y no paraban de gritar a las 12 de la noche.

Just acceptable as a place to sleep, it was quiet, surroundings good and secure.
Pros:

The location was convenient for our hosts to pick us up and drop us off. There is nothing around there if you did not have a car, walking not really an option.

Cons:

The welcome email and the information sheet in the room stated the kitchen was open 7Am to 10PM, but when we arrived on one evening at 9:10 we were told the kitchen closed at 9PM. The rooms, whilst clean, were tired and could do with updating. The facilities in the room were inconsistent, 1 room had mosquito net, 2 did not. 1 room had hairdryer and mirror in the room, 2 did not. The shower drain did not drain water away properly and it flowed over the tray onto the floor of the bathroom, I mentioned this to reception who said they would get it sorted but it was not sorted. It is described as a Resort and Spa, but no mention of any spa treatments or spa facilities anywhere in the hotel or rooms.

The kitchen is very slow, I ordered a coffee and bowl of fresh fruit for breakfast on the first morning and it took 45 minutes to be delivered at which point it was too late as we needed to leave and catch a flight. We did not eat at the hotel again, but took our breakfast enroute to where we were going on all the other mornings.

Every day the bar of hand soap was replaced, which was unnecessary, the one bar of soap would have lasted the full 5 days. Priding themselves on being eco friendly and asking us to reuse towels etc. was good but then why throw away 4 perfectly useable bars of soap.

There were 3 of us in our party, and it seemed we were the only guests there but we were not allowed a late checkout even for one of our rooms on our departure date, we had to pay half day rate to keep our rooms late which we felt was unreasonable as we had stayed there 5 nights = 15 room nights.

Malgré l’emplacement très isolé, extrêmement bruyant la nuit. Chambres mal tenues , salle de bains très sales , lit très inconfortable….
