Pros:

Nice breakfast. Lovely entrance and interior. Cool rooftop bar.

Cons:

Cramped rooms. Small bathrooms. No storage for personal items. Electronics in room do not work properly. Cleaning staff slow to clean. Left clean light on for over 4 hours on teo separate days and no one came to clean. Pool is small. Maybe good for a one night stay only.

A good weekend stay in Nairobi
Pros:

The hotel is situated in a good location. The room was adequate and suited our purpose of stay. There was a good variety of food during breakfast.

Cons:

There was lack of information/instructions from staff members when using the spa facilities.

Pros:

Great location across the forest across from the maddening crows of Westland. Great rooftop restaurant and spa facilities. Friendliness of the staff. Cleniness of the facility. Comfortable room / bed.

Pros:

Great staff. Awesome hospitality and doing everything to make you feel at home.

Cons:

Room service was lacking. Lot of stuff out of stock and was quite slow. Took over an hour once for two ceasar salads
