The absolute best
Pros:

I loved everything about it . Gem forest hotel is the reason i started looking into coming to kenya .
It’s a truly beautiful placeeee. I will be there next time .

Cons:

Honestly nothing lol , there were a few mix ups here and there but they handle it with uttermost professionalism and care, so yeah we are good

You could stay in the hotel for multiple days and have a unique experience each day. The staff was amazing

I would have preferred if the area was more walkable or centralized in the Westlands. But it was just a ride from wherever you want to go

Had a nice time. I would stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It was difficult to pay for food/drinks at the bar by the pool. The server never had change or could take a debit card.

Pros:

Nice breakfast. Lovely entrance and interior. Cool rooftop bar.

Cons:

Cramped rooms. Small bathrooms. No storage for personal items. Electronics in room do not work properly. Cleaning staff slow to clean. Left clean light on for over 4 hours on teo separate days and no one came to clean. Pool is small. Maybe good for a one night stay only.
