Pros:

Bed was really comfy. I loved the interior of the whole hotel. Staff were very helpful. I was sick when I was there and it was handy that they had a nurse available to help me. I will be back

Pros:

Big size room with nice view

Cons:

No hot water in the washroom, staff keep on promissing that the problem will be solved but unfortunately not till I left the hotel

The absolute best
Pros:

I loved everything about it . Gem forest hotel is the reason i started looking into coming to kenya .
It’s a truly beautiful placeeee. I will be there next time .

Cons:

Honestly nothing lol , there were a few mix ups here and there but they handle it with uttermost professionalism and care, so yeah we are good

You could stay in the hotel for multiple days and have a unique experience each day. The staff was amazing

I would have preferred if the area was more walkable or centralized in the Westlands. But it was just a ride from wherever you want to go
