Fijn verblijf dicht aan zee.
Pros:

Ruime kamer met een goed bed. De douche was ook erg fijn, alleen de deur sloot niet goed. Het ontbijt was erg divers en uitgebreid. De wifi was goed en de locatie was fijn ten opzichte van het strand en eettentjes.

Cons:

Het zwembad was niet super schoon.

Amazing hotel and location
Pros:

Room was absolutely stunning, we got upgraded to a suite and the room was huge, had everything we needed and had an incredible view.

Brilliant location, everything was walkable.

Cons:

I would say a tiny bit overpriced, especially as you don’t automatically get breakfast with it.

We asked staff to help us book a taxi to the airport, we were told they couldn’t do that due to issues with third party taxi drivers and were told to just book an uber which worried us as our flight was early. We ended up booking via third party ourselves (would highly reccomend Mirissa cabs) but generally staff were unhelpful with this.

Great central location, in a quiet road
Pros:

A comfortable room, with good sized balcony, very near to the beach, cafes and restaurants
Bus & train station a 5 minute walk away, but in a quiet road.
Sri Lankan breakfast was lovely

Cons:

Some guests were noisy at night, but this is not the hotel’s fault

Large rooms, great staff and close to surfing
Pros:

Large room with everything we needed- even a inside window sitting area where you could sit. Staff were amazing. It was hubby's birthday and they organised a cake, candles, balloons- even a fireworks. Good breakfast and good wifi.

Cons:

The entrance is down a small lane and 50 metres from the beach and not the best sea view

Fantastic staff at lovely hotel
Pros:

We had a brilliant stay at the Mzion. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The standard room was big with a comfortable bed and lovely shower. Great food at breakfast. Fantastic location near the beach. We would definitely return!

Perfect weligama stay
Pros:

The location was perfect. Near the beach, the shops, the bars. The rooms were very spacious and clean! Very comfortable beds. The bath was my highlight! I loved it, used it every day. All the staff were super helpful and lovely, special shout out to Avi for helping me plan trips and going out of his way. It was very easy to communicate with them via WhatsApp. Very quick to respond. I felt safe in the area as a solo traveller as well. I would stay here again for sure.

Cons:

The pool was a little disappointing, very cramped and only spade for two sun-beds. The breakfast was ok. The shower drains need fixing. When showering the water struggles to go down and it just attracted mosquitos and bugs.

Хороший отель, новый, чистый! Рядом супермаркет, через дорогу пляж! Постельное белье приятно пахнет в отличии от других отелей, после уборки также был запах свежести. Номер просторный, есть сушилка, балкон. Персонал приветливый, отзывчивый

Cons:

Стоимость завтраков намного дороже, если оплачивать на месте, нет бутылированной воды

Perfekt und wunderschöne Dachterrasse
Pros:

Alles perfekt. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und haben einen wunderschönen Ausblick und eine gute Klimaanlage. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, das Frühstück abwechslungsreich mit dem besten Kaffee in Weligama, die Dachterrasse ein echtes Highlight. Wir waren in Weligama in unterschiedlichen Unterkünften und dies ist eine der besten. Auf Wunsch kann man auch eine Yoga-Matte leihen und das Personal ist sehr bemüht, alles möglich zu machen.
