The perfect hotel to enjoy the beautiful city of The Hague
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here! The location is fantastic - the tram stops right in front of the hotel, making it super easy to get around. The beach is within walking distance, and there are so many lovely cafés and restaurants nearby.

One thing I especially appreciated was that after checking out, I was able to continue working comfortably in the lobby for a while. It made my travel day so much less stressful, and I really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere❤️

Cons:

I’m not lowering my rating because of this, as we didn’t find any signs in our room and neither of us had any bites or other issues during our stay. However, just after we checked out, we overheard that guests in a room very close to ours had reported finding bed bugs. It made us a little anxious, but fortunately, everything turned out to be fine for us. Hopefully, it was an isolated incident🙏🏻

Pros:

Ligging en redelijk moderne kamer

Cons:

Er was geen raam. Dat wisten we maar gaf toch een opgesloten gevoel. Kamer kan ook niet gelucht na douchen bijvoorbeeld.

The location, it’s A 5 minute walk to the beach and the public transport stops right in front.

Cons:

No air conditioning in the room and my tv didn’t work.

I think this problem was caused by faulty batteries in the remote control. I called the phone number required for assistance as there is no staff available in the hotel and they weren’t of any help as they operate the hotel from a distance!

At the moment I tried to check in, there was also a problem; there were no key cards available you need to create yourself to be able to check in to your own room!

Pour le prix, c’est très très très très décevant

Juste le fait qu’il soit près de la mer

Cons:

L’accès à l’établissement pour commencer était catastrophique, c’est-à-dire que le code qu’on m’avait fourni n’était pas correct. Ensuite, il n’y avait aucune fenêtre dans la chambre à savoir que je suis asthmatique.

I've been satisfied with room, its confort and location. Staff was very helpful when I had to delay my checkout little bit over 11 am. Many thanks for that!!!

Prima kamer als het niet zo warm en bedompt was geweest. Weinig sfeervol.
Pros:

Efficiënt gebruik van de ruimte.

Cons:

Geen mogelijkheid tot luchten, het was veel te warm en benauwd binnen.

Wel oke voor 1nacht.
Pros:

De kamer had wel alles. Was wel klein maar opzich prima voor 1nachtje

Cons:

Badkamer grond was wel vies.

Was raar om geen personeel te hebben, voelde erg robot achtig en ja meer een lopende band faciliteit. Geen menselijk contact of feel.

Inschecken was via ipad en uitschecken ook.

Kamer zelf een bed en qat ruimte eromheen maar niets speciaal. Badkmer erg klein niet echt plek bij de wasbak voor je spulletjes.

Leuke spiegel tho haha
