Pros:

Super vriendelijke en behulpzame werknemers. Mooie moderne en schone kamers. Echt bijna in het centrum. Kamers zijn wat klein, (maar modern) en toch heb je alles wat je nodig hebt.

Fijn en schoon hotel, heel goed ontbijt.
Pros:

Keurige en stille kamer, schoon, aardig personeel, top ontbijt, interieur is mooi, prima badcel. Nadelen zijn minder belangrijk dan positieve punten; we komen zeker terug.

Cons:

Ongastvrije ingang (niet helder hoe of waar je naar binnen moet, deur op slot, bleek dat je moet aanbellen), baliemedewerker spreekt alleen engels. Topper bed glijdt weg.

Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt!
So schnell und gemütlich in Amsterdam und selbst Zaandam ist ein schönes Städtchen!
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, modern und das Personal super freundlich!

Wat een enorme teleurstelling en frustrerende ervaring bij dit hotel in Zaandam. Bij aankomst schrokken wij ons werkelijk rot: de kamer was zó klein dat we nauwelijks konden bewegen. Er stond enkel een tweepersoonsbed en één stoel — we konden letterlijk niet eens normaal naast elkaar staan of onze spullen kwijt. Dit is geen kamer, dit is een benauwde doos.

Direct naar de receptie gegaan om dit aan te kaarten, en daar werd ons beloofd dat we de volgende dag een andere kamer zouden krijgen. Dat bleek al snel loze belofte, want er gebeurde helemaal niets. Vervolgens werd ons vlak voor vertrek nog een “upgrade” in het vooruitzicht gesteld, maar ook dat liep volledig verkeerd af. Toen wij netjes onze spullen hadden gepakt, werden we in plaats van geholpen praktisch naar buiten gewerkt, met zelfs de dreiging van een boete. Onvoorstelbaar.

Alsof dat nog niet genoeg was, is het ook ’s avonds een drama om het hotel binnen te komen zonder pasje. Je wordt gewoon tegengehouden alsof je iets verkeerd hebt gedaan. Geen enkele flexibiliteit of klantvriendelijkheid.

Alles bij elkaar: slechte service, misleidende beloftes, belachelijk kleine kamers en totaal gebrek aan gastvrijheid. Dit hotel slaat volledig de plank mis. Bespaar jezelf de ellende en boek hier absoluut niet. Dit was zonder twijfel één van de slechtste hotelervaringen die wij ooit hebben gehad.

Cons:

Отель не захотел добавить моего друга в мою комнату за дополнительную оплату и заставили снять еще один номер, мы жили в отдельных комнатах и платили за 2 комнаты, ето полный абсурд. Я путешествую по всему миру и такой тупой системы нигде не было.
