Nice area, clean and excellent attention

There’s no hot water . Water got shut off at 10pm but when we needed at 3am , it was there .

Lugar bem localizado, e bem confortavel. Indcaria sempre . Vou repetir.

Atendentes prestativos e gentis.
Nos ajudaram bastante com o checkin, estendendo seu horário de atendimento, visto que nosso voo atrasou e chegamos após meia noite.
O hotel é muito bem localizado. Numa parte de Belgrano que é muito próxima dos parques.

Place was clean, but elevator did not worked, gentleman at front desk told me it would be fixed, but in 3 days I did not se anyone from service working on a fix.

For checkout had to wait 15 mins at lobby for someone to show off to assist

Very good experience. I arrived very late for check in and the person at the desk was very helpful. He arranged a taxi pick up the next morning to catch a very early flight. Everything worked perfectly. Very nice and accommodating staff. The room was comfortable, nice and clean.

Achei o local incrível. Os funcionários maravilhosos. Tínhamos dois quartos reservados, fizemos uma reserva com criança em um no segundo andar. E outro quarto no nono.

Foram duas experiencias completamente diferentes. O no segundo andar foi IMPOSSIVEL conseguir dormir, a noite toda barulho de musica e da rua no quarto, não ofereceram nenhuma cama extra para a criança, mesmo sabendo que tinha uma criança na reserva. Mas o que mais incomodou foi o barulho TERRIVEL durante a noite toda, e tem uma obra na frente do predio q começou a martelar as 7 DA MANHA EM UM SÁBADO :(
Pecaram em não colocara um vidro com isolamento acustico.
O quarto é lindo tudo maravilhoso....mas FALTA ISOLAMENTO ACUSTICO....então se vc tem um sono sensivel esse não é o local q vc deve ficar. O blackout tb não deixa o quarto 100% escuro, pq tem uma fresta atras de uma coluna q não tem cortina.

O outro quarto virado para rua no nono andar foi otimo, sem reclamações.

Local incrivel, com muitos cafés, proximo ao Aeroparque e o apto é sensacional. Muito gostoso. Adorei.

El personal fue súper atento, avisamos con anticipación que llegaríamos en la madrugada y gestionaron sin problema que alguien nos recibiera. Check in rápido, instalaciones muy amplias y limpias, departamento equipado. A 10 min en auto de AEROPARQUE sin tráfico.

I don’t want to be too hard on this property as they are new but for us it was a disappointing stay and I don’t understand all the other good reviews on other websites.

It was incredibly noisy, we can take some normal street noise but this place was very noisy from the apartment above, so much so we had to knock on their door to tell them to be quiet. Air conditioning unit was right outside the bedroom window so hard to sleep. Beds were very very hard which resulted in both of us having bad backs. Ok for one night but anymore and you will suffer. Very cold, we had our heating constantly on 30 degrees to try and warm the place up. It seems soft furnishing, comfort and sound insulation are not a thing in Argentina.

Only one roll of toilet paper provided, one blanket in the cold winter, awful metal chairs to sit on, lack of towels and oven gloves in the kitchen, and we’re still not sure if we were supposed to pay for the water and snacks provided in the room.

Location is great and easy to get to from Jorge Newberry.

Until improvements are made I cannot recommend this hotel.

For us it is a great location, close to a clinic we visit and friends in Belgrano and Las Cañitas and china town is nearby too

Convenient little kitchen and everything is new and pristine or very well maintained. Our new go to place!

This was a very nice, small hotel. My room had a kitchenette, queen size bed, closet, and private bathroom with shower. Complimentary bottles of water are at the bedside. The breakfast is at the cafe just next door. There were lots of delicious options.

Breakfast with the this establishment is provided by the ALL PLANT based coffee shop located beside the Apart/Hotel.

Cons: too small TV, too far to see anything from your bed.

Cleaning service : outstanding.
Left used glasses, dishes, pan. They were all cleaned when back to the Aprt/hotel

Best hotel to spend the night if you are either travelling for business or with family,

The people at the reception desk are super helpful and kind. The Breakfast is jawdropping.

Everything is just perfect.
