None of the features described on hotels.com were met. The check in was via a link, which we didn't receive. The entire hotel/ restaurant was locked up and there was no coffee sgop or any service at all. The room was dusty, there was no microwave or oven and the fridge was broken. The balcony was dirty and full of debris. It was definitely not a 4.5 or 4 star hotel, I think it looked totally abandoned.

The rooms were bigger than expected. One of the windows was permanently open, so to keep it a decent temperature i had to put the AC quite high.

But overall it’s been a nice stay.

Suite was quite large. Appreciated the refrigerator and counter space. Super-close to the train station and the Metropool (concert venue). Easy walk into the main part of town. We had issues with the check-in. There is no on-site personnel. Did not receive the check-in instructions and had to call to get the code to get into the building and the room. Then the code stopped working before our stay was over so we had to call again. On the day we checked out, we got the check out email and right after that the check-in instructions. So some work needed on their end to get the timing right.

Es war einfach nur schön das zimmer schöner als erwartet.
Kurze wege bis in die Stadt

Room was painted dark green - beautiful color, but with lack of light extremely weird feeling. No physical reception and lack of possibility to report things, e.g. the curtains in my room practically fell off the railing and the soap dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work properly. No dealbreakers, but would have wanted to make someone aware.

No stuff work there if u need anything you cant get it or ask it self check in

Very good location, close to station & city center. My room was massive & beautifully decorated, a lot of space, all the necessary equipment, and a terrace.

Leuke locatie en ruime kamer als je zelf tenminste voor je ontbijt wilt zorgen. Ligt 200 meter van Centrum vandaan en je kan er goed parkeren.
Kamer is wel wat donker. Je moet eigenlijk altijd licht aan. Extra verlichting strip boven aanrecht zou zeker goede optie zijn.

Check-In/Out war mut dem Handy Key sehr praktisch, Zimmer war groß, die Klimaanlage hat nicht wirklich Funktioniert und war sehr laut wenn man sie laufen lassen hat. Zimmer war sehr kalt und konnte es nicht richtig Heizen. Ausblick aus dem Balkon war Richtung einer verlassenen Fabrik was Teils abgerissen war.
Für eine Nacht war es ausreichend.

Ik kan service niet beoordelen want er is geen service. Zelfs geen receptie. Kan prima werken en heb er goede ervaringen mee. Maar hier geen sms of email ontvangen hoe in te checken of in de kamer te komen. Dus moeten bellen. Was snel geregeld! Kamers zijn netjes en groot. Kitchenette, magnetron en kookgerei, dus perfect voor wat langer verblijf ook.
Vandaag een evenement wat zeker overlast zal geven in de kamers. Hou hier rekening mee.

This a great residence; the room was spacious and clean with everything I needed. Be aware, there is no breakfast option available. But the local transport links are excellent and I would definitely stay there again.

Direkt Innenstadt. Urlaubsfeelung!

Very special stay, the room is luxurious as if it were a royal suite

We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad, mooie ruime kamer.

Fijne locatie, op loopafstand van het centrum en de trein. We hebben heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant, alles topkwaliteit!

Vi kom 21.50 og kunne med nød få lov at købe en øl og drikke den inden kl 22 - hvor baren lukkede. Det var en skam eftersom vi kunne sidde udenfor og vi gik slet ikke på værelset før vi spurgte på en øl - efter en lang køretur. Der var desværre ingen mælk eller tilsvarende produkt på værelset som kunne bruges i kaffen. Vi havde ikke opdaget at der ikke var morgenmad og personalet i baren kunne oplyse at oppe i byen ville morgenmads caféer først åbne kl 9 næste dag.
