Important information:

* Payments:
- After acceptance of the quotation, a deposit of 50% will be required which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Within 60 days before the event a second deposit of 25% will be required which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
- If acceptance of the offer is within 60 days before the start of the event, we will require 1 deposit of 75% which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
- After completion of the event, the remaining 25% of the accepted quotation plus additional consumption will be invoiced on a post-calculation basis. This invoice must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.

* Cancelation policy:
- Up to 60 days before arrival, up to 50% of the confirmed reservation can be canceled free of charge.
- From 60 to 30 days before the event, up to 25% of the confirmed reservation can be canceled free of charge.
- From 29 to 8 days before the event, 90% of the reservation value will be invoiced.

* Other Meeting & Event Conditions:
- Changes in numbers can be communicated up to 30 days before the start of the event, a deviation of up to 20% will be accepted.
- From 29 days before the start, in case of a change in numbers, the full amount will be invoiced.
- Unless stated otherwise, all quotations are subject to change.
- If allergies and/or dietary requirements are not communicated before the start of the event, there will be a surcharge of €7.50 for last-minute adjustments.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Wij hebben een mooi weekend gehad.
Pros:

Dichtbij het centrum. Wij hebben alles te voet gedaan.

Cons:

Geen gratis parkeermogelijkheid of korting die werd aangeboden.

Omgeving top! Verblijf teleurstellend = onpersoonlijk

Ontbijt was best ok!

Cons:

Grote tegenvaller is het feit dat je bij aankomst het moet doen met computer en de digitale sleutels. Niets persoonlijk. Voelde zeker niet als “welkom , wat kan ik voor je doen”.

Prima verblijf, op goede locatie, maar mag dus iets persoonlijker!
Pros:

Het is mooi ingericht, fijne kamers, goede locatie, leuk restaurant

Cons:

Er is niet echt een ontvangst met een receptie, je moet inchecken bij een zuil, dat maakt het een beetje onpersoonlijk

Pros:

Zelfstandig alles kunnen doen, 2 soort van verdiepingen voelen luxe aan. Goede badkamer met een bad.

Cons:

Helaas niet echt uit het raam kunnen kijken (wat logisch is aangezien het voorheen ooit een klooster was)

Mooi hotel met heerlijk restaurant centraal gelegen in Valkenburg.
Pros:

Hotel in een historisch pand met een heerlijk restaurant (wel reserveren!).Prima ontbijt in het restaurant. Door het warme weer konden we buiten borrelen op het aangename terras. Centraal gelegen in Valkenburg, zeker de moeite waard.

Cons:

Electtronisch incheck proces was wat omslachtig.

Het is een prima hotel met aardig en behulpzaam personeel.
Pros:

Het personeel was aardig en behulpzaam.
We kregen regelmatig nieuwe handdoeken en het hotel zag er verzorgd uit.
We hebben alleen in het hotel geslapen en dat beviel prima.
