* Payments:
- After acceptance of the quotation, a deposit of 50% will be required which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Within 60 days before the event a second deposit of 25% will be required which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
- If acceptance of the offer is within 60 days before the start of the event, we will require 1 deposit of 75% which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
- After completion of the event, the remaining 25% of the accepted quotation plus additional consumption will be invoiced on a post-calculation basis. This invoice must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
* Cancelation policy:
- Up to 60 days before arrival, up to 50% of the confirmed reservation can be canceled free of charge.
- From 60 to 30 days before the event, up to 25% of the confirmed reservation can be canceled free of charge.
- From 29 to 8 days before the event, 90% of the reservation value will be invoiced.
* Other Meeting & Event Conditions:
- Changes in numbers can be communicated up to 30 days before the start of the event, a deviation of up to 20% will be accepted.
- From 29 days before the start, in case of a change in numbers, the full amount will be invoiced.
- Unless stated otherwise, all quotations are subject to change.
- If allergies and/or dietary requirements are not communicated before the start of the event, there will be a surcharge of €7.50 for last-minute adjustments.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Het ontbijt is heel lekker.
Het in- en uitchecken en de kamersleutel kan enkel met een smartphone. Dit vergt hoge digitale vaardigheden. Het personeel was behulpzaam maar niet Nederlandstalig.
Het ontbijt was geweldig!
We hebben helaas tussendoor om een andere kamer gevraagd. We hadden een deluxe studio. Dit viel tegen; douchen in bad met een vreemd aangesloten douchewand, geen gezellige zit beneden (bijvoorbeeld met stoelen/bankje) en bovenal een zeer onaangename slaapplek. Het was veel te benauwd omdat alle warmte naar boven ging en de airco bleef draaien maar kreeg de ruimte niet gekoeld
Lokatie, bar en een heel mooi pand
Er is geen receptie, je moet zelf inchecken. Kamer (deluxe) was klein en donker, ramen zijn hoog geen uitkijk en ze kunnen niet open. Geen parkeerplek bij het hotel. sleutel dmv app op telefoon

Heerlijk ontbijt en de ligging is direct tegen het centrum
Het ontbijt was uitstekend, maar wat we met name zeer waarderen was de zorgvuldigheid van de manager van het ontbijtrestaurant. Hij onthield ongevraagd dat een van ons glutenvrij eet, en bood de 2e dag al bij aankomst in het restaurant aan om het glutenvrije brood voor te bereiden.
Hygiene van de kamer liet iets te wensen over.
The location is perfectly central and the building is very pretty. Everything is very clean and tidy and the staff is very friendly. While some customers may not love it, this is a self-service hotel. You do not get a physical key and you need to use your own phone to access the room. We got around it and ended up finding it quite useful. Breakfast was nice but it would be nicer to have a la carte options available.
The hotel does not have its own parking anymore. Poor insulation with the rooms above the room. We had very loud neighbours Sunday evening and we could not sleep because of their noise. We complained at the reception and the lady checked but she could not hear any music coming from the room. As soon as we went back into our room, the neighbours (sounded like 4+ people were in the room) started talking a bit louder again and in the end they were talking very loud for a while and they had background music. Annoyingly, the reception does not have a direct line available so we just had to try to fall asleep. The mattress was very hard as well. As sleep is very important to us, I would not be too keen to return. It’s an OK stay, however, if you don’t mind to bring ear plugs with you and a firm mattress.
Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en erg lekker. De kamer is ruim genoeg, nieuw, schoon, erg fijn bed!
Er zijn bouwwerkzaamheden die niet duidelijk via de advertentie op Booking zichtbaar zijn. De herrie valt mee, maar je kan je auto niet parkeren ook. 1 praktisch ding wat ik echt miste was een kast oid om je kleding op te bergen. Er was 1 klein rekje om wat hangkleding aan te hangen, maar verder niets. En in de badkamer ook erg weinig plek voor je toiletspulletjes. Een eenvoudig plankje kan al helpend zijn.
De locatie, terras en restaurant
Aanbeveling: een koffer/bagagestandaard in de kamer
Prachtig gebouw en kamer en goede locatie. Kon de fiets binnen neerzetten. Leuk restaurant/bar en terras.
Er wordt momenteel gebouwd naast het hotel, waarbij je vroeg in de ochtend wat geluiden kunt horen van machines maar moet zeggen dat dit niet hinderlijk was. En de fiets kon je binnen neerzetten in een ruimte die op slot gaat in de avond maar ik kreeg de code niet mee dus vroeg in de ochtend kon ik niet bij mijn fiets.
