* Payments:
- After acceptance of the quotation, a deposit of 50% will be required which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Within 60 days before the event a second deposit of 25% will be required which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
- If acceptance of the offer is within 60 days before the start of the event, we will require 1 deposit of 75% which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
- After completion of the event, the remaining 25% of the accepted quotation plus additional consumption will be invoiced on a post-calculation basis. This invoice must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
* Cancelation policy:
- Up to 60 days before arrival, up to 50% of the confirmed reservation can be canceled free of charge.
- From 60 to 30 days before the event, up to 25% of the confirmed reservation can be canceled free of charge.
- From 29 to 8 days before the event, 90% of the reservation value will be invoiced.
* Other Meeting & Event Conditions:
- Changes in numbers can be communicated up to 30 days before the start of the event, a deviation of up to 20% will be accepted.
- From 29 days before the start, in case of a change in numbers, the full amount will be invoiced.
- Unless stated otherwise, all quotations are subject to change.
- If allergies and/or dietary requirements are not communicated before the start of the event, there will be a surcharge of €7.50 for last-minute adjustments.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Mooie locatie. Aardig personeel. Prachtig gebouw. Niks mis mee.
Wij waren hier een weekend tijdens de kerstmarkt, hebben 360 euro per nacht betaald. Hier kwam nog 20 euro per nacht bij voor een baby bed en ook nog extra geld voor het parkeren. Dit vond ik wel erg prijzig.
Wat een mooie plek! We hadden een heerlijke kamer met uitzicht op het torentje van het gebouw en Valkenburg. Alles was super schoon. Het is chique. Er is een heerlijk bed en een mooie badkamer. Uiteindelijk toch gekozen om te ontbijten, het is duur, maar wel lekker.

De locatie was top, het gebouw is een oud klooster en prachtig
Het lukte ons niet om een parkeerplaats te reserveren, dus we moesten op de openbare parkeerplaats parkeren die 2 minuten lopen was

Mooi oud gebouw in Valkenburg op prima locatie. Goed gestyled. Keurige badkamer, fijn bed
Ik had blijkbaar niet goed opgelet bij het boeken.... we hadden een kamer met beneden een badkamer en een hoge muurtafel met twee hoge stoelen en boven (lange trap op) een bed. Alles zag er keurig uit, dat wel. Maar het werd boven erg warm en beneden was het te fris. Aangezien ik s nachts nog wel eens naar het toilet moet zou ik deze kamer niet geboekt hebben als ik het geweten dat het bed boven aan een lange trap was
Great service, nice rooms and nice breakfast! Location is perfect to walk from the station and we were able to put our bags away and come back after which was nice :)
The casting on the TV was very confusing, took us a while to understand but eventually did work. A conditioner bottle would have been nice next to the shampoo. The breakfast is nice but the choices aren’t too varied, don’t expect a huge buffet.

Ligging en vriendelijkheid personeel
Bedden waren erg zacht
De digitale sleutel was heel handig in gebruik & het ontbijt was zeer lekker. Personeel was heel vriendelijk. Het rook ook heel lekker op de gang door middel van de verstuiver.
Toen we aankwamen was het wel heel koud op onze kamer, maar we hebben de temperatuur gelukkig kunnen regelen met de thermostaat die aanwezig was. :)
Het ontbeit was geweldig.
