* Payments:
- After acceptance of the quotation, a deposit of 50% will be required which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Within 60 days before the event a second deposit of 25% will be required which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
- If acceptance of the offer is within 60 days before the start of the event, we will require 1 deposit of 75% which must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
- After completion of the event, the remaining 25% of the accepted quotation plus additional consumption will be invoiced on a post-calculation basis. This invoice must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
* Cancelation policy:
- Up to 60 days before arrival, up to 50% of the confirmed reservation can be canceled free of charge.
- From 60 to 30 days before the event, up to 25% of the confirmed reservation can be canceled free of charge.
- From 29 to 8 days before the event, 90% of the reservation value will be invoiced.
* Other Meeting & Event Conditions:
- Changes in numbers can be communicated up to 30 days before the start of the event, a deviation of up to 20% will be accepted.
- From 29 days before the start, in case of a change in numbers, the full amount will be invoiced.
- Unless stated otherwise, all quotations are subject to change.
- If allergies and/or dietary requirements are not communicated before the start of the event, there will be a surcharge of €7.50 for last-minute adjustments.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

De accommodatie op zich is héél mooi; verblijven in een oud gerenoveerd klooster voelde heel chic. Het hotel straalt iets heel rustgevends uit. De kamer waarin wij verbleven (deluxe studio) was heel erg netjes. We hadden op voorhand gevraagd om de kamer te versieren voor een verjaardag, dus we werden ontvangen met wat ballonnen. Een kleine geste, maar een leuke binnenkomer voor de jarige!
Wij misten wat persoonlijk contact. Zowel het in- als uitchecken verloopt volledig digitaal, op een tablet in de gang. Voor sommige mensen is dit misschien ideaal, maar wij vinden het toch aangenaam om iemand eventjes te kunnen spreken.
Zo werkte de tablet bijvoorbeeld niet wanneer wij wilden uitchecken. Aangezien er geen balie is in de gang, was het niet direct mogelijk om iemand aan te spreken.
Kon niet beter mooie kamers en heerlijk gedineerd

Self check in is onpersoonlijk, personeel niet echt pro-actief. Ramen in de kamer kunnen niet open.
Ontbijt was prima.
3 dagen gefietst en na de tocht lekker op het terras gezeten.
Bediening was vriendelijk.

Heel lekker ontbijt
Inchecken moet je zelf doen en is super gecompliceerd. Ingang is heel slecht aangegeven. Eenmaal binnen zoek je het zelf maar uit. Hele rare kamer. Beneden badkamer en een ongezellige ruimte met 2 hoge barkrukken aan een plank. Stijle trap naar boven waar de slaapkamer is. Dus als je midden in de nacht moet plassen moet je die trap naar beneden. Heel bizar. Digitale sleutel werkte niet. Heel onpersoonlijk hotel. Geen parkeerplaatsen aan het hotel.

Procedure inchecken en uitchecken en onderbezetting personeel in restaurant waardoor lang wachten op bediening.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is uit balans, gehorige kamers/ gangen, niet inspirerend, bebouwing maakt het uitzicht minder
Mooie locatie
Grote verbouwing, we keken uit op een bouwput waar eerder de parkeerplaats van het hotel was. Nu moesten we betaald parkeren in het dorp. Ook duidelijk achterstallig onderhoud
