Clean beautiful room, great reception and spa staff.
Expensive for what we got. There is a small bar and lounge. On one of our 2 night stay this was being used by private party. So nowhere really to go as bar area chilly and too cold to sit outside. Second night very loud music from lobby until 11pm could be heard in our room.
Breakfast on first morning very limited and food ordered cold. Second morning food selection much better and laid outside restaurant- toaster etc available. Not sure why this didn’t occur on first morning as we were an hour before end of breakfast.Felt they were understaffed for anything requiring table service such as coffee/ tea

the hotel is very nice, great breakfast. extortionate price for parking (85 usd), they also made us wait until 3pm to enter the room (even though room was ready) unless we paid 50 usd. all in all good product but poor price/quality ratio.

Tudo perfeito. So não gostamos da academia e não servem bebidas quentes ou drinks na piscina. Faltou um pouco de atenção nos meus pedidos para reservas dos restaurantes, mas conseguiram resolver após pedidos. Café incrível, limpeza impecável. Sempre muito bom estar em Buenos Aires .
