Pros:

El desayuno me pareció muy completo, ademas es importante que tienen un carta extra de todo lo que querés agregar de cocina con una amplia variedad lo que hace que en el lugar no hay olor a huevos pancetas etc. Son extremadamente amables y hacen que tu mañana sea maravillosa.

Cons:

Mejoraría solo el tamaño del cubiculo de la ducha que es bastante reducido, aunque en el mismo baño había bañera y claramente tenia todos lo que necesitabas . Es solo una sugerencia.

El mejor Hotel en años
Pros:

Sin duda la actitud del personal, han sido realmente lo mejor que he visto en años. Se esmeraron en resolver todo cuanto pudieron y mas, estoy muy agradecido con su hospitalidad. Todos, sin excepción se portaron de maravilla

Pros:

Amei tudo no hotel! A cama é simplesmente maravilhosa! A piscina tb é bem gostava pra relaxar! O café da manhã incrível, os funcionários todos muito atenciosos!

Localização excelente, tamanho do quarto

Cons:

Box do banheiro minúsculo , limpeza tbm deixou a desejar, não tiraram pratos e talheres sujos por 2 dias do quarto, somente no terceiro qdo coloquei no chão na porta, lixo do banheiro tbm não retiraram todos dias, tbm em um dia deixaram fronhas trocadas em cima do banco esquecidas … por fim, para alto padrão , quesito limpeza deixa mto a desejar

I would recommend and return to Casa Lucia. The location, staff and ambience suited all our needs.
Pros:

Great location in terms of exploring the city but also being close to AEP airport which we flew in and out of several times. We used Casa Lucia as our Buenos Aires base and left luggage there between each trip. Very friendly helpful staff. Nice feel to the hotel.

Cons:

We stayed a total of 9 nights, 4 nights, 4 nights then 1 night. There was no knowledge or acknowledgement of the duration of our stay. The showers are far too small.
