Overall, a great stay
Pros:

My request for a late night check-in was accepted without issue. While there was a slight delay with the entrance code, the support team provided a fast response over the phone and even offered a room upgrade as compensation, which was a lovely touch. It was also great to have tea and coffee available for guests throughout the night.

Cons:

For future guests, I'd suggest posting contact details near the door lock to make reaching support even easier in similar situations. Also, the breakfast could be enhanced with a wider variety of vegetables and pastries.

Pros:

petit déjeuner suffisant, salle spacieuse, ascenseur chambre bien chauffée- parking tout proche : ou devant l'hôtel, sinon devant la gare (parfait!) - personnel très sympathique - je n'ai pas profité du restaurant .. ce sera au prochain passage ;-)

Für den Preis und die Lage war es sehr günstig! Das Zimmer war sehr modern und die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut und das Personal zuvorkommend.

Alles TipTop, jederzeit gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind modern und es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und auch das Abendessen im Restaurant sehr zu empfehlenswert und preislich auch völlig in Ordnung.
Ich komme jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!

Positiv: später Check in sehr unproblematisch, freundliches Personal und gute Lage


Negativ:
Service sehr mittelmässig ( wir wollten am Abend etwas trinken, nach einer doch sehr langem Wartezeit ohne Bedienung sind wir wieder gegangen ).
Frühstück: diverse Tische waren nicht vorbereitet, es war niemand da und einen Platz hatte es nicht. Wir mussten zuerst jemanden suchen, der dann Tische für uns und weitere Gäste bereit gemacht hat. Das Buffet war relativ leer, andererseits wurde dafür unser noch voller Kaffee weggeräumt.
Die Frischback Brötli waren in der Mitte noch gefroren. Es wurde mehrmals wiederholt, dass das nur wegen externen unangemeldeten Frühstücksgästen so sei, eine Entschuldigung kam jedoch nicht.
Generell: die Sauberkeit (insbesondere im Badezimmer) sollte verbessert werden

Sehr gut für unseren Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage war für unser Ziel, am nächsten Morgen mit der Bahn weiterzureisen, perfekt. Leider sind die Fenster nicht so gut isoliert, so kam der Strassenlärm des individuellen Verkehrs am Morgen früh bis ins Zimmer, trotz geschlossener Fenster.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant sehr fein. Das Frühstück war auch gut.
