Pros:

La propreté, la serviabilité du personnel, la courtoisie du personnel, la capacité d'écoute du personnel, l'emplacement de l'hôtel dans un milieu calme est sécurisé.

Cons:

Juste que vous devez améliorer votre façon de servir une petite quantité de nourriture. Que ça soit votre petit déjeuner, lunch, ou dîner c’est vraiment très petit, comparativement à l’argent qu’il en vaut. Mais pour le reste, j’ai vraiment aimé.

Ok for our mission.
Pros:

Location was good for is since we was wisiting the embassy. Breakfast was ok.
Helpful with bead for our two year old kid.

Cons:

Water in the shower was a bit of a problem. Boiling hot for a few seconds, and then frerzing cold.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!

Wir waren jetzt schon das 3. Mal im Cozy Stead und sind jedes Mal wieder sehr begeistert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage ist perfekt: man kann zu Fuß zum Village Market gehen

Cons:

Leider lagen unsere beiden Zimmer direkt neben der Küche, was ziemlich laut war. Früh und spät wurde dort gearbeitet.

The place served the purpose of my trip perfectly.
Pros:

The location was excellent for the purpose of my trip and one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Close to Village Market and restaurants. The garden restaurant area very nice and quiet for relaxing. The breakfast was probably a little limited, but enjoyed the coffee.

Cons:

I wish my room has European style plugs for charging my gadgets rather than the UK 3 pin.

Pros:

The location was very convenient - close to the Trademark Hotel where I attended a conference. The food was excellent and great value. The staff were friendly and ready to accommodate my request for a late checkout.

Cons:

The food sometimes took a while to arrive, especially when they were busy.

It was an excellent stay. The staff were very friendly and the property felt safe and secure.
Pros:

Their staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive. As it was Ramadan, they kindly supported us during Sehri (very early morning). The property was cozy, calm, and quiet. You will definitely love it.

Cons:

Everything about this property is excellent except the room size. The rooms are probably around 10 ft by 10 ft. So, if you prefer more spacious rooms, this property might not be the best choice for you.
