Atendimento e localização excelentes
Pros:

A equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa, eles fazem de tudo para que o hóspede tenha a melhor experiência possível. O quarto é confortável e a localização é excelente para quem está em Nairobi para atividades na ONU.

Cons:

O único porém foi que o quarto havia sido pintado e o piso havia recebido sinteco novo há uma semana, então havia um cheiro um pouco forte que poderia ser ruim para quem é alérgico.

Cozy Place blev som ett andra hem.
Pros:

Området är tryggt och vackert med all grönska. Nära till Karura Forest. Cozy Stead är väldigt mysigt i sin småskalighet. Personalen är välkomnande och omtänksam. Gångavstånd till både FN och köpcentret Village Market.

Cons:

Inget, men det finns ingen pool ifall det är något som eftersöks.

Close to UN campus
Pros:

The hotel was about 15-20 minutes walk to the UN campus so we planned to walk and was a lovely walk back and forth. There is a shopping mall with a supermarket (Carre Four) about 8 minutes walking distance.
Staff were super friendly, polite and nice.
We went for a 5:30am tour- and they offered to pack us breakfast- was a huge breakfast in a thermo box packed for 5 of us. Was a pleasant and thoughtful service.

Clean and cozy.
Staff were helpful with booking airport transfers, tours and giving advice about the area.
Location is good- close to the mall and about 15min walk to the UN Campus.
Needs to update the photos- the room was much nicer than pictured.

The venue was amazing I aprciated the lady who was signing and playing the sax also.
Pros:

The place was exactly what the name said cozy. The staff was very nice and pleasant the place was very clean. everything worked well the grounds was well kept. would definately recommend to friends family and coworker.

Cons:

well just the ally was dark in the night so maybe more lights if you walking in from the mall.

An excellent value boutique guest house with large and leafy surrounds and complementary breakfast.
