All good and almost perfect !
It took me like 15min standing there at the reception waiting to be registered. No way to pay with card, had to pay with mobile money. In such an international location, this should be adressed.
The space is very relaxing and peaceful. The staff were very kind and helpful. Comfortable bed, very clean room, and great shower.
The room felt a little claustrophobic, it didn’t get much sunlight and was a bit tight.
Good. The hotel is cozy and encourages customers to go green like them. Solar system for the hot water. Very flexible. My flight was delayed for almost 24h and they modify the reservation with no fees.
The noise from the kitchen could be heard in the room.
The hotel staff were among the best I have encountered during my travels. They were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The overall atmosphere of the hotel makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The green areas are beautiful, and the location of the restaurant is particularly nice. The room was also very good and had everything I needed, including a safe, an iron, and a kettle.
Nothing serious. There was just an issue with the hot water during the first two days, but it was resolved afterward.

The staff were wonderful, kind, welcoming, attentive and always ready to help. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe and well looked after throughout my stay.
The only inconvenience was that the taxi I had requested was not waiting when my flight arrived at 2 a.m. It was an unpleasant start, although the situation was later handled well.
Excellent hospitality, friendly and professional staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Cozy Stead Garden House.
