The place shouldn’t be advertised as a resort. If you’re simply looking for somewhere to sleep with no expectations for service or accommodation, it might be sufficient. At best, it’s comparable to a hostel.
Booked this for my brother and wife's honeymoon and in their words, it was a 5 star experience. They had a little one and the hotel was super accommodating and welcoming. They prepared a cot for their daughter and even gave free rides to town when they needed to get some utilities.
Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was also excellent and really satisfying 😌

The location of the resort is amazing… just fee things they need to work on like breakfast options
The location of the resort is good.
They say the reception desk is 24hrs but that's not true. Several times I went out and coming back there was no one. I called Several times from the room and no one recieved my calls. The resort is not well lit at night and you need to be careful

The structure is beautiful, too bad for the beach not very accessible. The staff was friendly but they need more training on service. The women who take care of the cleaning of the rooms were great.
I made the reservation because it was written a few meters from the center instead the hotel is located very far away and this should be corrected as well as it should be written that breakfast is not included. The food needs to be improved.

Beach was rocky so not great for swimming of next to the hotel. WIFI in room not very strong but great in the pool area.
