Cons:

Nunca me enviaron el formulario digital para el ingreso.
Me rechazaron dos modos de pago.
Llegamos en el horario establecido pero nadie se presentó en el lugar para darnos una respuesta u opciónes de ingreso.

La habitación está muy bien ubicada, muy fácil el acceso, muy limpia y todo correcto. Las instalaciones están muy bien y comodidad en las camas.

Muy buena elección, volveríamos sin dudas, muy recomendable.

La ubicación muy bien, el espacio :confortable, muy moderno, cálido y muy limpio,
Con todo lo necesario para una estadía más que óptima, lo único nos quedamos in papel higienico,(aun siendo el 2 día de estadía) cosa que creemos debería haber al menos un rollo de reposición, la ropa de cama hermosa, (hubiera hecho falta un par de mantas extra),la calefacción muy bien, las toallas hermosas ,impecablemente blancas y mullidas (si bien se decide reusarlas por una cuestión ecológica), deberían tener la posibildad de poder contar con otro juego extra, ya que uno tal vez por cuestiones personales debe ducharse mas de una o 2 veces, y las misma no llegan a secarse.

Muy bien el hecho de la cerradura digital, así uno no debe andar con llaves encima.
Lo único ,que en la tarde un poco molesto en caso de tener que descansar ,el sonido de la escuela que esta detrás.cosa que no depende del lugar.
Realmente nos sentimos muy cómodos, muy a gusto, y muy conformes con todo.
Dato no menos importante, si bien no cuenta con cochera, a unos metros , a la vuelta hay una cochera para dejar los vehículos, y una vez guardados,llegas muy rápido al edificio.
Es un lugar que recomendaríamos, y sin dudas volvería para hospedarnos nuevamente.

Pros:

I loved the balcony, the entire apartment was excellent, very comfortable. Contact through WhatsApp was fine. I loved the large trees which shaded the balcony and cooled things off. It was a great place to find comfort during travels.

Cons:

It may be my fault for not checking the location. The map on the website made it appear to be closer to downtown. It took me 2 hours (slow walking) to walk to downtown. The #24 green bus goes there, next time will use bus. But I did like that the apartment was on more of a side street, so not as noisy.

Nice and calm neighbourhood, comfy bed, the room was clean, digitalised system for check in and out was practical.

Cons:

Communication was a bit tricky, in case if you don’t speak Spanish. They booked as deposit 100€, which was a bit unexpected, but everything was fine afterwards.
