I would not stay there again
Cons:

It is not really a hotel more an aparthotel. Guest service is nonexistent and staff are unhelpful. Bar and restaurant which is in a separate cafe are very small which didn't matter to us as so few people were staying there /using the facilities.
Swimming pool is lovely but in full sun until 4 in the afternoon with no sunshades at all. There is no Wi-Fi at the pool.
Location is okay. You need an Uber to go anywhere. We were told not to walk at night because of the proximity of a large slum.
We stayed for 4 nights then left for Patagonia. We asked to leave one suitcase at the hotel which they agreed to only after a major discussion involving the manager.
Worst of all we arrived back at 3 pm to be told our room would not be ready until 5. At 4 I complained to the manager who told me bare faced lies. We were only staying one night and leaving at 5am the following morning so needed to repack our bags. I asked if there was a room,not necessarily ours, for us to repack. The manager told me that every room in the hotel was occupied and that that there were guests still in our room. Unlikely as this was I checked on booking.com and rooms were freely available at a discounted rate

Das Zimmer war modern und hatte eine kleine Küche. Es gab einen Innen- und Außenpool, welche auch beheizt sind.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war unmöglich. Man hatte nur eine kleine Früchteauswahl zwischen Bananen, Äpfeln und Erdbeeren. Es gab nur einfachen Kaffee, Wasser und Orangensaft. Es gab kein Rührei mit Speck, kein Jogurt und keine anderen Sachen. Wenn man Rührei haben wollte, musste man extra bezahlen, genauso wie mit Jogurt und Ähnliches. Alles muss man bezahlen, obwohl man schon 18€ pro Person für das Frühstück an sich bezahlt hat. Ich finde es eine Sauerei, dass sowas nicht vorher kommuniziert wird. Das Personal im Restaurant war außerordentlich unfreundlich uns gegenüber. Englisch ist auch in diesem Hotel überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Die Rezeption konnte einfachste Fragen nicht beantworten.

Great Cruise hotel.
Pros:

The staff were amazing and for a cruise you couldn't get a better location.

Cons:

It was overbooked but.....The hotel overbooked, but Ubered us to another location with incredible views and spotless apartment. Then Ubered us back to have a complimentary breakfast. Their care and attention was Amazing. Well done.

Das Personal ist so unterirdisch schlecht überfordert und unfreundlich
Nicht mal ein Funken Englisch vorhanden man kann nicht mal eine Cola bestellen auf Englisch es wird nicht verstanden.
Beim Frühstück werden erst einheimische bedient ich habe geschlagene 40minuten warten müssen obwohl nur 4-5 Personen da waren.
