Nice, modern hotel, very helpful staff. Close to the bus station and about 15 min to reach the main street of El Calafate.

The hot water was turned on shortly after we requested it.

Frühstück war ausreichend, man musste aber alles selbst eindecken.

Cons:

Die Lage ist nicht optimal, es liegt außerhalb des Stadtzentrums. Fußweg ca. 20 - 25 Minuten.

Would stay here again!
Pros:

The location, the large-ish room, the cleanliness, the staff, the new-ish building! All exceptional. A very short walk--400 meters--from the bus terminal, easy, at most a 15 minute walk to downtown area, with restaurants, shops.

Cons:

The breakfast was standard fare. Nice to have eggs cooked to order, still just sugary dry cereals, basic breads and pastries (not very good), fruit, hard boiled eggs...nothing special. Lovely tile shower with great water pressure but could use a rubber shower mat, especially for older guests.

Excelente estadía
Pros:

El desayuno, la comodidad de las camas, todo estaba nuevo y en buen estado. Era silencioso para descansar.

Cons:

Estaba retirado del centro, no había lugares cercanos para comprar algo o cajeros, etc. Aunque tampoco es un centro comercial importante. No tiene ascensor, a nosotros no nos afectó tanto porque había unos pocos escalones pero si estás en un piso más alto se complica con las escaleras.

Alojamiento ideal para quien tiene vehículo propio.
Pros:

El trato del personal, en recepción Adriana, Rocio, Dayana e Ivonne en desayunador (esperamos la ortografía en los dos últimos casos sea la correcta) fueron de muchísima ayuda, las mucamas tuvieron todo impecable en todo momento. Confortable, muy buena conexión WiFi, caja fuerte amplia en la habitación, ducha con excelente presión de agua.

Cons:

Alejado de todo lo que es gastronomía. Lo elegimos por su cercanía a la terminal de buses. Los taxis no son caros y hay muchos.

O hotel no geral tem uma ótima infraestrutura, parede recém inaugurado! Ótimo quarto e um café da manhã relativamente bom, padrão da região.

Cons:

Achei longe dos restaurantes e comércios, mas como ficamos apenas um dia pois iríamos para Ushuaia no dia seguinte não tivemos problema. Para quem está sem carro será necessário utilizar Táxi ou caminhar cerca de 15 minutos ao centro.
