Gute Anlage mit ein paar Mängeln
Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ansprechend. Das Gebäude ist sehr hübsch. Die Grünanlagen waren schön und wurden regelmäßig bewässert. Der Pool war sehr schön gestaltet, sauber und gut zugänglich. Es besteht ein Blick auf das Meer. Die Anlage wirkt sehr sicher, da sie eingezäunt und rund um die Uhr bewacht wird. Check-in und Check-out verliefen gut. Der Preis wirkte angemessen. Die Bettlaken und Handtücher waren sauber. Der Ventilator sorgte für eine gute Belüftung im Wohnzimmer. Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle funktionierten gut.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen direkten Zugang zum Meer, das an dieser Stelle ohnehin nicht attraktiv ist. Der Gastgeber war mehrfach telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Meine Anfrage via Booking.com ob es ein Shuttle vom SGR Bahnhof Mombasa zum Hotel gibt, wurde nicht beantwortet. Es gibt weder ein Restaurant noch Aufenthaltsräume. Einer Bitte nach einem zweiten Bettlaken wurde nicht nachgekommen; stattdessen wurde uns mitgeteilt, wir sollten ein größeres Zimmer buchen, falls eine Decke nicht ausreiche.
Das Sofa sowie die Kissen wiesen deutliche
Flecken auf und waren stark verschmutzt. Besteck und Tischunterlagen hatten einen unangenehmen Geruch, weshalb wir eigenes Besteck kaufen mussten. Das Internet funktionierte nur stellenweise. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer arbeitete nur eingeschränkt. Der Wasserspender war leer, sodass wir gezwungen waren, Trinkwasser selbst zu kaufen

Le pleiadi is a hidden gem. Located in a private location. Excellent holiday destination. My children loved it. It was worth every penny. I would recommend it to my friends and the world any time.

Calm apart hotel, with great pool.
Pros:

Nice,quiet place with kind staff and an excellent pool.

Cons:

No beach access directly from the compound. One have to walk for about ten minutes around the block for beach access next to Ocean Beach Resort.

Beautiful and relaxing place to stay for a few days
Pros:

Rooms were great - the upper suite (1A) was very luxurious, nice swimming pool, quiet environment

Cons:

There was a problem with the electric wiring and both apartments were giving electric shocks through the shower on the last morning. The sockets are mainly 2 pin so that presented a bit of a problem sometimes.

The upper suite was superb value and the lower suite not so much - there are places there where the paint needs re-doing and various other small maintenance tasks (GD)
