Pathetic.
Pros:

Location.

Cons:

Facilities extremely sub-standard.
Kisumu is hit, yet my room did not even have AC or fan.
The towel handles were completely worn out and kept falling off.

Probably won’t stay there again unless we absolutely have to.
Pros:

The location was convenient to where our conference was for the week.

Cons:

The kitchen service wasn’t good this time. We’ve stayed at the property several times over the past few years and we ordered lunch on the first day and it took over 4 hours for it to get to our table. They didn’t communicate the lack of supplies and made a grocery run. We ended up getting our own food and bringing it back because it was dinner time.
