False advertising
Cons:

I didn't get the house in the photos, no balcony view and the sofa was so unappealing. I didn't stay the night and asked for a refund.

Pros:

The location is in a good place but was difficult to find.

Cons:

Firstly, the room was extremely cold, and the water in the shower was also freezing. With no carpet, the floor was uncomfortably cold as well. I stayed for almost two weeks, yet my bedding was never changed. On top of that, I was accused of stealing or breaking a mug and was charged $5, despite having carefully counted the kitchen items before leaving. I genuinely do not understand how this place operates given the way guests are treated.

It’s a good stay and definitely worth th money but a few things need to be worked on
Pros:

It’s close to yaya mall and many restaurants

Cons:

Stayed for 5nights we didn’t get any change of beddings, towels,no first aid kit available no cleaning person was available and nobody checked on us for any feedback on how our stay was going we also had a toilet malfunction that lasted 2days till we left

Cannot give my experience regarding this property since I was redirected to another property in Kileleshwa, which I had

It was modern

Cons:

It was not the property I had initially booked. I had booked this property in Kilimani but on reaching there, I was told that someone was occupying my accommodation…which was odd because why would they double book the apartment. I was then taken to another property in Kileleshwa which was modern but not the Bohemian aesthetic that I was going for with the initial property. Also I wanted to stay in Kilimani not Kileleshwa since all my friends were in Kilimani.

The property is full of scammers! I got scammed 120 U.S.D . What you book online is not what you get. Be aware of this scammers!

The property has a different name than what is online so it confusing when taking a taxi .

The facility is next to a construction site which is not mentioned in the description .

Our tables were of poor quality we had to place tissue so that they could balance.

Good place to stay long term.
Pros:

Room size, host was responsive- checked in on the guests regularly.

Cons:

Bathroom could use some improvement with the washroom facility. Cleaning and bedding change price could be revised to not cost as much as the apartment price. Construction outside wasn’t very comfortable.
