Nice hotel in Nairobi upscale neighborhood
Pros:

Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Biggest physical issue was no lift and stairs were a problem for my companion.
Biggest service issue is Hotels.com stated breakfast was included and my companion was charged for breakfast.
