El check in es a las 15 hs y no estaba hecha la habitación ,por lo que tuvimos que esperar un poco más, y por el apuro el baño no estaba limpio ,lo demás muy bien

MUY BUENA Y LA AMABILIDADA DE LOS QUE TRABAJAN.
Pros:

No hice uso del desayuno.en cuanto a la ubicacion esta muy cerca del obelisco,de estaciones del metro.Restaurantes ,supermrcardos .

Cons:

Que no habia utencilios como para cocinar.

Not as I expected
Pros:

Unfortunately there wasn’t much to praise at el Misti even though I booked it due to good reviews. I seemed to have had the opposite experience: the room had a strong sewage smell, the family next door was audible with every word, the doors- not just mine - had to be slammed close; the door has a big gap at floor level do you could hear everything going on outside the room; the bed sheet wasn’t big enough to cover the stained mattress; the bathroom is in desperate need of bringing it into the 21. century and the curtain could do with a fixing of black outs and netting so the can be closed and not falling into pieces.
I met one receptionist that seemed to be professional some others just used the check in area as a hang out. Photos do not represent reality - pretty disappointing.

La atención de los chicos de recepción, la prolijidadde la habitación y la calidad de las camas y almohadas,

El baño es el punto débil, es estilo antiguo con bañera, lo que lo hace un poco incómodo pero igualmente vale. El punto negatvio es la intensidad del agua en la pileta y el bidet del baño.

Lots of better options.
Pros:

The staff are very accommodating, but this does not present as a 4 star hotel. There is no safe in the room, which is pretty standard at most hotels.

Cons:

This hotel does not rate 4 stars; it is not comparable to other 4 star hotels. The bathroom is cramped; the bathroom door needs a serious cleaning and repainting, as does the yellowing bathroom ceiling.

The day we left my wife had what appeared to be bed bug bites on her wrist. When I messaged the hotel, their response was that their fumigation certificates are up to date. That's like saying "we mopped the floor; if it's still dirty, it's not our problem."
