Excelente hospedagem
Pros:

O hotel é bem localizado e perto da praça independência. A equipe é gentil e solícita, nos ajudaram sempre que precisamos. O quarto é confortável e de tamanho bom.
O hotel compartilha estrutura de piscinas e academia com Sheraton Mendoza Hotel. Todos os dias tem degustação de vinhos a vontade para os hóspedes.

Pros:

Muy bueno. Solo tendrían que poner más tasas para servirse el café a la hora pico. Cuando fui a desayunar a las 8:30 am en un momento no habían tasas para servirse el café.

Great hotel! Would definitely go back and recommend
Pros:

Beautiful new hotel. I loved the outdoor area where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also have a cocktail bar in the outer courtyard great for an evening drink. Beds were comfortable; nice and new decor throughout. Great restaurant. Great friendly staff.

Cons:

Not much sun where the pool is.

Pros:

Conforto do apartamento, cama de ótimo tamanho, excelente colchão, qualidade das roupas de cama e banho.
A cordialidade do staff é muito boa.
A possibilidade de utilizar as facilidades dos hotís interligados que pertencem ao mesmo Grupo.
Café da manhã bastante diversificado e de muito bom nível.
Muito bom menu do restaurante do hotel, e elevado nível de qualidade dos alimentos, com destaque especial para os cortes de carne.

Cons:

O ruído do exaustor do banheiro incomoda, pois mesmo com com o exaustor controlado desligado, existe um outro exaustor que liga e desliga automaticamente, de forma intermitente.

We wanted to leave a good review about the hotel, but one thing ruined everything. We were asked to leave a deposit for our stay, which was more than the actual cost of the stay, and were promised a refund within 2-4 days after check-out. Ultimately, the money was never returned to our card. When we contacted the bank, they asked for a confirmation code that the hotel was supposed to send us. When we contacted the hotel to request the code, they initially told us they couldn't provide us with such a code and stopped responding to further messages. As a result, we have to wait 30 days for a refund instead of 4.
