Le personnel est particulièrement gentil, attentionné et toujours prêt à rendre service. L’établissement est beau, agréable et offre un cadre sécurisé où l’on se sent bien, même lorsqu’on voyage seule. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié la cuisine : les plats sont préparés à la minute et sont délicieux ! Dès mon arrivée, on m’a expliqué que la préparation pouvait prendre jusqu’à une heure, avec la possibilité de commander à l’avance pour manger à l’heure souhaitée. J’ai trouvé cette transparence très appréciable, car elle permet de bien s’organiser et de profiter pleinement des repas.

Cons:

L’insonorisation des chambres pourrait être légèrement améliorée, car on entend parfois les bruits environnants. Cela reste toutefois assez courant dans les hébergements au Kenya et n’a pas particulièrement nui à mon séjour.

Une petite suggestion supplémentaire : bien que la réception soit ouverte 24h/24, il n’est pas possible de se préparer un thé une fois la cuisine fermée. La mise à disposition d’une bouilloire dans les chambres ou dans un espace commun à la réception serait un petit plus très appréciable, notamment pour profiter d’une boisson chaude en soirée. Ce n’est bien sûr qu’une suggestion pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable !

Pros:

Beautiful environment, very safe and far from the noise.
Breakfast was good.
The staff was perfect, very welcoming and si willing to help. Special thanks to Sharon, Nina and Parys.

Cons:

The water in my bathroom was not getting really hot.
There are no real activities aside of the pool which was not really used by the clients.

Pros:

It feels like a home away from home. Everything was amazing. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, shower is lovely and the pool is very clean. All of the staff are very welcoming, friendly and cant do enough for you. The chefs are brilliant, all the food was very good and cooked fresh.
The location is very good. You can get an uber easily, and the city and main attractions are close by. Its lovely and quiet.

5 stars treatment! I really loved my stay. The hotel workers were exceptionally nice and friendly. When I couldn't stay for breakfast, they packed me some fresh fruits for takeaway. I loved the place and my room. It was clean and comfy

What we loved about the property was how much it felt like home. The beautiful garden and peaceful surroundings provided a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was a calm, relaxing place where we could truly unwind after a day in the city and after a couple of days for Safari.

Simplemente perfecto.
Alojamiento en una zona muy buena de Nairobi, barrio privado MUY seguro, los guías de los safaris / visitas / Uber pueden entrar sin problema a recogerte.
Se come increíblemente bien, la comida está muy muy bien.
Tiene piscina, habitaciones cómodas y limpias, y el trato de la gente es inmejorable.

The lovely garden.

Cons:

My room was tiny, the washbasin was inside it! Great bedding and linen though.

No ambiance in public areas, I had to ask for music to be turned on. It was rap!

Had a basic pasta, Alfredo, discussed with the "Chef". It was awful. On the other hand, great Piñacolada.

Had to leave the hotel at 04h00, so no time to have breakfast. They did offer a takeaway of cheese which I declined and had coffee instead. At this price, the cocktail could have been "on the house".
