Glee Nairobi, a Preferred LVX Hotel

Friendly polite and respectful staff, beautiful property and well maintained. We were treated very well by all staff, we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is so beautiful, but the staff? now that's the icing, everyone was so kind and helpful with smiles. I have never stayed in a hotel that is happy to give you take-out boxes to pack items from the buffet breakfast, but Glee did! I have zero complaints, this was such a fantastic, fantastic stay.

The only caveat for me is the location. I found the hotel further away from the main attractions and tourist spots, and the surrounding area was not the cleanest or upscale. That is the only thing that'll make me stay somewhere else, but once I got through the gates, it was bliss!

Very comfortable, staff very friendly and trained well. We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t leave the hotel. Food was excellent, including room service.
The spa was also first rate.
It is very secure.

This Hotel is what you think of when you think of luxury . I had the room with the balcony . The balcony alone could host a small party. Just from me showing my room 7 of my friends left their hotel to come to the glee. Next time i come this will be my Hotel destination

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Every detail was thought through. Room and amenities were very clean. Staff was fabulous. Maureen and Caroline at the Indian restaurant were lovely. Betsy at the front desk was nice. Steven at Horizon bar, Philip in the lobby, Sandra at the steakhouse, Mary at Glow restaurant, guy at the gym, etc. all were fabulous!

We cannot say more about this hotel--excellent service; extremely kind and friendly staff; awesome game room with table tennis/pool/foosball, well stocked and clean gym, nightclub, lounge, rooms very spacious. There were fresh flowers and fruit as a welcome in our room. Room service menu was great and the restaurants on site also amazing. Also had transport to and from airport. We can't say enough. .Will definitely return!!

We cannot say enough about our stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has every amenity you can ask for-- excellent restaurants, night club, lounge, heated pool, game room including pool/table tennis, immaculate gym, and very warm/accomodating staff. Location is out of the main city so it's more peaceful and our Viator tour guides had no problem picking us up from the hotel free of charge for any excursions. The hotel also provided transportation to and from the airport for a very reasonable fee. We will definitely be returning to this hotel and recommending it to anyone traveling to Nairobi.

The property is lovely and luxurious. The staff were exceptional. I would like to give a special thank you to the staff that made our stay worth returning. And the cleaning creaw that kept the hotel immaculate and smelling amazing. Each restaurant served the most delicious entrees. Make sure you visit them all! Anyone that stays here will not be disappointed.

A Pleasant & Quiet Stay at Glee Nairobi
I had a wonderful stay at Glee Nairobi. The peaceful atmosphere exceeded my expectations, and the spacious, well-equipped room made for a comfortable stay, although a coffee machine would be a welcome addition.
The staff were attentive and helpful, making the stay seamless. While I didn’t have meals, I enjoyed the drinks. The location was convenient, and overall, I felt I got great value for the price.
Would I recommend it? Absolutely!

The hotel was exceptional clean. Check in process was smooth and staff were courteous and served you with a smile on their face.

I have stayed at Glee several times whenever I am in Kenya. It’s a beautiful hotel, with good amenities, restaurants and exceptional service from all the staff.

I had booked for three nights, I enjoyed it so much I booked a further two nights and it did not disappoint

I truly loved my stay at this hotel. As a solo female traveler, safety is always a top priority for me, and I can confidently say I felt completely secure throughout my entire visit. The hotel is not only aesthetically beautiful, with elegant and thoughtful design, but also exceptionally clean—it fully met my standards of cleanliness, which made my stay even more comfortable, and made me feel right at home. Most of the staff went above and beyond to be friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which added to the overall positive experience.

While the food was generally decent, it wasn’t particularly memorable. Unfortunately, the biggest letdown was the quality of the drinks. I really enjoy a well-crafted cocktail, and despite trying several of the on-site restaurants and bars, I wasn’t able to find one that met expectations. That said, the overall experience was still very positive, and I would absolutely consider staying here again.

Great hotek, the only issue would be that they need to up their have a bit on the quality of the food, but they will get there I am sure as they have a new restaurant opening in a few weeks time

I enjoyed honeymooning at this hotel. It was pleasant. The staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is pleasant.

Everything was very enjoyable.

The design of the property was extraordinary. But above all the customer service was outstanding. I can honestly say I have never stayed out a hotel where the staff and management were so helpful and friendly. They always went the extra mile. Clearly world class service at a world class hotel!

This’s a 3 stars hotel. There’s a lot of issues that needs to be addressed for future guests:
1. They downgraded my room to a tiny room that made it impossible to open my suitcase cases on the floor (I had to place them on bed to open). Reason was that my paid for room was not available.. and no apologies and no refunds.
2. Shower Water pressure is pathetic and just barely warm.
3. Breakfast wasn’t worth it. It’s the worst prepared (no chef) and limited menu I ever ate. And even to make it worse they charge you extra money if you order Macchiato, latte, cappuccino and other make to order coffee.
4. Over priced regular food menu.
The list goes on and on… but the good thing is there better options within Nairobi.
Not going back though
