Nice centrally located but expensive 5 star property.. Reception staff need training.

Central location. Nice 2 bedroom family apartment with lounge area and good views. Reqsted for late checkout by 2 hours and they agreed.

Cons:

At time of checkin, approached the reception desk. 3 girls saw me approaching with passports in hand. They did not look up to greet or welcome or even smile. All 3 kept on looking at the computers and looked totally confused. I had to capture their attention. They started chk in, no greeting, no smile, no welcome. I have travelled to 60 countries and resided in multiple hotels worldwide, and would never expect such a reception experience in a Hyatt Regency property. Then another boy staff came and based on my feedback the Director Operations Front desk came and met me to whom i repeated my experience, at least seemed to understand. The microwave did not work and house keeping could not repair it.

Le petit déjeuner beaucoup de choix et très bon

Cons:

Le personnel de chambre très désagréable, rentre sans attendre que l’on dise oui. J’avais une suite donc le temps qu’elle frappe, que je réponde, il y avait un temps mais elle se permettait d’entrer comme elle voulait même dans la chambre alors que je me préparais. Il n’y avait aucune poubelle. J’ai dû en demander une, qui a été mise au salon mais c’est pas propre. Le frigo sentait fort. Mon paiement booking ne s’est jamais vu alors qu’il m’a été prélevé sur mon compte.

Pros:

The breakfast and facilities of the hotel were great.

Cons:

The room was slightly dirty when we checked in there was hair on the floor but we called to get it cleaned and they came by promptly. The fitness center smelled very unpleasant.
