Our stay was pleasant and Kevin was fabulous.
Pros:

Room was a nice size with a lovely Bathroom. Hotel was clean. Staff were professional and inviting.

My check out could have been extended for late afternoon on compassionate grounds even if Iwas not a registered member . At least I had chosen to come back to the hotel after 5 months . You never know
