Instalaciones y localización

Cons:

No nos querían entregar la factura del servicio prestado de alojamiento aduciendo que lo habíamos tomado y pagado por booking, tras varias comunicaciones con servicio al cliente y el hotel, la enviaron! Incomoda situación.

Cons:

Breakfast need improvement and cummuinaction between staff as well i request for wake up call but they missed up however im rating it 9 for the great staff and duty manager who took action immediately

Pros:

Great location, nice staff, comfortable, great breakfast

Cons:

The hotel is relatively new but the bathrooms I can tell are becoming a bit dirty and I am not sure how well maintained the hotel is being. Need to check maintenance.
