gute Unterkunft mit einer fantastischen Lage
Pros:

Die Lage war fantastisch. Palermo Soho ist ein absolut geniales Viertel. So vieles ist fußläufig zu erreichen und für alles andere einfach ein Uber nehmen.
Die Empfangshalle ist sehr Modern und auch die Kommunikation läuft sehr entspannt. Vor allem kann man für alles Whats App nutzen. Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett. Die tägliche Reinigung verlief auch sehr gut.
Uns fehlte ein Stromadapter, diesen haben wir kostenlos in der Lobby bekommen.
Betten waren sehr bequem.
Ausstattung mit Küchenzeile usw. Herdplatte, Mikro usw. Haben wir allerdings überhaupt nicht genutzt.

Direkt unten neben dem Eingang ist ein Café/ Restaurant. Haben wir aufgrund der Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten gar nicht getestet.

Cons:

Ich finde die Wohnung die Wohnung braucht noch einen Feinschliff. Es geht los bei den Reparaturen im Badezimmer, vieles ist einfach nicht so schön repariert oder muss noch repariert werden.
Auf dem ersten Blick wirkt alles super schön modern.
Ein großes Problem für uns ist das Wifi. Wir hatten leider ständig Abbrüche und Ausfälle. USB Anschlüsse sind leider nicht vorhanden.
Der TV ist leider auch sehr kompliziert zu benutzen. Man muss immer auf 2 Fernbedienungen benutzen. ( Das sollte einfacher gehen.

Es gibt einen Rooftop Pool. Auch hier es sieht im ersten Moment ganz hübsch aus, Allerdings muss hier auch vieles mal repariert werden. Sauberkeit Wasser im Pool, kaputte Fliesen.
Vielleicht liegt es auch daran, dass der Herbst/Winter startet. ( Pool war kalt)
Es waren immer erst auf Nachfragen Handtücher am Pool.

Ohne diese Punkte wäre es der perfekte Urlaub gewesen.

Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Joseph. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. As it was our first time visiting, they went above and beyond by recommending great activities and restaurants nearby, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
The location was a 10/10 — very safe, pleasant, and surrounded by plenty of cafes, bars, and amazing street art.
The apartment itself was spotless and faultless, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
We also really appreciated how accommodating they were in holding our luggage for a few days while we continued travelling — it made things so much easier for us.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Cons:

A very small detail, but it would have been a nice touch to have toothpaste and a toothbrush available.

Sólo una sugerencia. Que el televisor tenga un soporte que pueda girarse hacia la cabecerra de la cama (está de lado) y que tenga una guia y acceso a los canales de TV locales.

Ótima hospedagem em Palermo
Pros:

Gostei de tudo!
Excelente localização, staff muito atencioso, quarto muito confortável, água de cortesia no quarto todos os dias, limpeza diária do quarto.

Cons:

Acredito que o único ponto negativo foi como fiquei no terceiro andar em um quarto que dava para a rua movimentada, fazia certo barulho.

Pros:

Wonderful, modern hotel! It is walking distance to the main Palermo area or in the other direction to the park/ more downtown area. The AC worked very well, was cold at night. Good sized shower and hot water. Very spacious room with blackout curtains. Staff were lovely. I would recommend staying here!

Lovely modern hotel in great location
Pros:

Comfortable, clean and modern space, with nice rooftop pool/sundeck. Good location for exploring Palermo and near the subway stations. Good communication from friendly staff.

Cons:

Would be nice if they could arrange a built-in breakfast option with the attached cafe, but no major complaints!

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, las habitaciones son amplias, eso es muy cómodo.

Cons:

La limpieza de las habitaciones no es buena, falta un aseo mas profundo en las habitaciones, especialmente en el baño. La habitaciones tienen varios detalles (falta de mantención, reparación). La insonorización no es buena, mucho ruido de la calle, junto con ruido de las habitaciones aledañas.

Pros:

Excellent staff , nice Big rooms, great beds

Cons:

The rooms with a deck need to have chairs and a small table.
We were there for nine days with a room with a deck with no chairs, makes no sense.
