Excelente la atención, a destacar la amabilidad y profesionalidad de Pablo

Cons:

La caja de luz hacía bastante ruido. La puerta del baño es de vidrio con lo cual no cierra/aisla, también sería ideal contar con estufa o calienta toallas.

La ubicación y el personal super amable

Cons:

La limpieza es muy importante para mi y sentí que no estaba pulcro al 100%. A primera vista todo perfecto pero yo soy bastante meticulosa con esas cosas y en efecto no estaba completamente limpio

Es hermoso! Y la ubicación excepcional!! El personal super amable
Y la cama extra grande es genial

Cons:

Lo único negativo que puedo decir es que no tenía videt y que la puerta de baño es de vidrio esmerilado que no te da privacidad . La limpieza puede mejorar

The front desk staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made the stay even more enjoyable and deserve a 10/10 for their outstanding service.

Cons:

I had a great stay overall, but I gave it an 8 instead of a 10 because the housekeeping could be improved. The room wasn't cleaned thoroughly, the floor was always dirty, and the kitchen counters were never properly wiped down.
