Good aparthotel in a great neighborhood
Pros:

Casa Joseph is a nicely renovated building with 24-hour staffing and a smooth check-in process. The room is generously sized with a sitting area, dining area, and kitchenette, and the bathroom is clean and well appointed with marble and tile finishes and plenty of counter space. Palermo Soho is a fabulous neighborhood to be based in, very walkable with exceptional restaurants and cafes nearby.

Cons:

Amenities are minimal. Toiletries are basic with no tissues, shower caps, or the usual extras you might expect. Only one key card is issued per room, which is an odd policy for two guests with different schedules, and the front desk was quite emphatic about not losing it. The bed lacked a mattress cover, which gave us some pause, though the sheets were clean.

Lo que empezó bien terminó mal

El lugar es bonito muy bien decorado y muy buena ubicación. El personal amable .

Cons:

Se escucha todo, muy mal aislamiento acústico , las micros y todo de los pisos de arriba. El check out es a las 10 am . Mi avión salía a las 8 pm , no se puede hacer late check out . Tuve que tomar otro noche en otro hotel para poder pasar el día Se ofrecen a guardar las maletas pero en realidad las personas que tienen un vuelo tarde no lo recomiendo .

Fue muy cómodo hospedarme en casa Joseph, lo volvería a hacer. Lo complicado es el estacionamiento.

Me gustó mucho el trato de la gente, la decoración, confort, vista, cama, sábanas

Cons:

Lo que sí me pareció que debieran considerar, al menos en la habitación que me tocó es el tema de la luz, en el lugar de comer no hay luz ( artificial ), me refiero a artefactos.
