room was nice and clean, restaurante staff were nice and food was very good. front desk was always accommodating. Hotel wasn't in town but taxi service was easily available and inexpensive. shuttle service did not run very often.

Classless hotel staff - good luck - they took one situation that could have been easily rectified but chose to take long, painful, unnecessary route - in the end causing me to cancel my reservation and explore other properties for my stay. I wouldn't wish this service on my worst enemy.

The hotel was very nice and I was content for the most part with my stay. My only complaints were the limited hours in which the shuttle service was offered. Even just one or two more trips being added would have made it so much more convenient. I did appreciate this service and thought it was a great addition due to the hotel location. My other complaint was that after accidentally dropping an earring down the sink, I went to go ask the front desk if there was someone that could come help open it up to get it out. Both people there simply replied “no” with no additional follow up. I asked if there was anyone that could help get it out, and they said no maintenance would be back until the following day but that they would follow up. They wrote down my room number. I heard nothing else about the issue, and the earring (which had previously been in eyesight) was long gone by the time I awoke the next morning. It wasn’t a big deal, but had it been valuable jewelry this would be absolutely unacceptable. I would have appreciated at least some sort of follow up after being promised that they would handle the issue. Other than these two issues, everything else was handled extremely well. If these two concerns were to eh addressed, I would have given this hotel 5 stars. It was a bit of a hefty walk into town, but being an active person I didn’t mind it. If you are not used to walking long distances (about 4km one way) you will have to utilize taxi services.

Excelente vista y ambiente para personas que aman la naturaleza, vista excepcional al canal y a las montañas nevadas, buen trato y buen servicio del personal.

Wunderschönes Hotel etwas abseits direkt am Beagel Kanal gelegen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig und ein wahrer Genuss mit dieser einzigartigen Aussicht auf den Beagel und die Berge. Das Personal war auch sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Las facilidades son hermosas, acogedoras y cómodas para el disfrute de parejas y familias. El servicio del personal del counter de recepción son excelentes, dispuestos y muy amables. La comida puede mejorar.

Very slow service in restaurant

Great service, beautiful location and views.

Holy cow! I'm so glad we stayed here. I only wish we had more time here. The setting was stunningly beautiful--both the views from the room and restaurant. The whole place was spotless, and I love that the guest room didn't have carpet. The food was excellent, and so was the service. I chose this because it was close to the airport, but if I'm ever in town again I'll stay here the whole time, even though it's a bit outside of town.

Be sure to bring US electric plugs / phone etc as these are not provided

On the west side of Ushuaia, short cab drive, but amongst the most fantastic vistas, mountains, the Beagle and wildlife.

La pieza muy grande, linda vista, la ducha regular (challa antigua muy poca agua). Desayuno podría ser mejor, check in a las 10 AM. El servicio de las personas excelente, lugar ideal para descanzar
