Close to the main road.
Advertising rooms on a sign outside 'from $89' made me feel like it was a mistake to stay there, as I turned up.
The place didn't have enough parking. I had to park on the road, and it was teeming with rain.
The room had the same feeling as an operating theater. Boring. Cold. Lifeless. Devoid of character or homeliness. Commercial. Hard. Uninviting and uninspiring.
No carpet on the floors. Unwashed cups (I had to wash the grime out of one to use it). Branded ('Awa') tea which was disgusting (can't you afford even dilmah for fuck sakes??) and undrinkable. An unplugged desk phone in the room (what is the point?) and a TV that doesn't have any channels or ability to connect to a phone to cast from. Great 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
I arrived at 2230. There were cleaners and staff laughing and banging doors, outside in the lino floor corridor (no, not a carpeted hallway) until 0010. All night there was a fat bloke who would stomp from one end of the room to the other every 20 - 40 minutes. This went on from when I arrived, to when I finally managed to sleep - probably around 0115 and then I was woken by the same stomping before 0500. Fat people should not be put on second stories if there is no sound insulation between floors.
An expensive disappointment.
I paid $248 for this.
Never ever again.
A bedside lamp
Close to where I was visiting
Nothing but the location
The room was not clean.
Not enough milk.
There wasn't any microwave in the room.
No plates, cups and glasses were dirty along with the spoons.
The place was nice and clean. The check in was smooth. Room was great fo the price and the amount of time we were staying (1 night).
Staff were nice.
Parking - was a bit of a let down that we had to park on the road.
Towels - be good if there were more towels in the rooms. We had 2 double beds for 3 people but only 2 towels, to be fair could've just requested more
Everything about this place was good. The staff were nice the lady i the morning was much nice than the guy the previously day. Check in was smooth and the room had everything we needed for an over night stay.
Parking.. there are no enough carpark space to accommodate the amount of rooms. We ended up parking on the road which was annoying and worrying.
My bedding everything was stained felt like they just re used the sheets and pillow cases
Everything except the pillows
The pillows are too high and there is no diversity.
Location was great. Breakfast was good.
No top sheet on the bed. No face cloths in the bathroom. The hotel had the water go out on our last night so we couldn't shower in the morning. Over priced for what we paid. The staff were not very friendly. Not enough parking especially handy cap parking. Would not stay there again.
