I would not repeat the stay if the above changes were not made. A lot of potential though.
Pros:

Location good. We did not have breakfast. The bed and bedding was comfortable and clean. The capsules seemed to be quite new and were very clean.

Cons:

I thought I was booking a single room. There was no clue that I saw (on line) that it was a capsule. Having arrived and found this out, we thought we would give it a go instead of upgrading to a room. We had a reasonable experience, although there were ways to make it a lot better experience. If you are traveling with others and sleeping in the capsule, it needed a lounge area to socialize that was open all the time. The capsules did not have heated air, and the room they were in was not heated. Being cold detracted a lot from wanting to repeat a stay there. The bathrooms needed to be separated from the capsule room with a door. The one basin in the bathroom had no shelf to rest your toiletries on. One toilet cubicle had a shower in it but nowhere to hang a towel or clothes while showering. The other 3 showers were open to each other. Having separate showers would be a great improvement. The last thing was the latches on the capsule doors were very loud when shutting the door fully on your capsule. Not good in the middle of the night.

The room was neat and tidy and well provided.

Cons:

There has no spare blanket for the sofa bed within the room. Also there was no individual microwave provided in the room.
