Great value

Location
Filthy sheets and were there 2 night not being served
Would expect that better with a hotel
The room did not feel as though it was intended to be a hotel room, it was more like a store room which had been converted. We had three tables in there, one of which prevented us reaching the other side of the bed! It was a strange place.
Nette kamer en schoon
Smalle bedden.
It was a nice clean tidy place, nice and quiet.
The carpark, once we got back from speedway there were no parks, we had to park down the side street. It was a big event for speedway so could have possibly just been due to how busy it was.
My 2 rooms were nice and close to each other, easy to access, nice an clean 😊 enjoyed a relaxing massage ☺️
Not enough towels available
2rooms 2nites 11people 5towels
Asked for more towels an was given 2 more an had to pay for extra after that which didn’t make sense
Nothing wrong with the room it was what we paid for comfortable and clean but the staff were abismally rude .
We asked for an earlier check in 2 pm instead of 3pm advertised time but were told we must pay money. This is not good enough 😕. Luckily a lady from morning shifts let us put our bags in room and show us how to get back in when main door closed as we were going to a wedding that started at 3 pm would never stay again.
Location
The room was so small, a jug that you had to fill twice to make 3 drinks. You had nowhere to put anything.
Breakfast was an English breakfast with cold scrambled eggs, cold bacon and cold beans and the cheapest factory bread on the market. The yoghurt was essentially thickened whey with a chocolate flavour from Fonterra (don't know who else they sell that to).
When I booked through booking.com, I didn't see any pictures of what they describe as 'capsules', essentially large boxes with a mattras and a sliding door that can be closed for the night. The second night I found out how the ventilation worked. The whole section with 'capsules' makes you think you're in a morgue.
Those who are prudish are out of luck as the showers are in a common area without any privacy.
One of the two shared toilets had a working lock.
Breakfast definitely has room for improvement. All other things mentioned are self explanatory.
Nice and clean
Not enough towel
Good, compact and clean rooms
The mrng staff refused drinking water. The night staff at the reception was kind. Put a make my room mark outside our door but it wasn't done. We were told breakfast a la carte was available but refused in the morning when we went for it.
It was only for one night so I wasn't too worried. It's a bit out of town but on the 1bus route and easy to find near the skyline gondolas. Had a capsule for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at ho comfy and well appointed they are
Nothing to dislike really, good clean basic accommodation
