Wouldn’t stay again unless you had no other option.
Pros:

Proximity to skyline Rotorua, shower was decent.

Cons:

Bathroom was dirty (specifically dried urine on the wall behind the toilet), bed wasn’t overly comfortable, the whole room would stir up dust if you ran the aircon messing with my allergies.

Pros:

I’m really disappointed with my stay at Awa Hotel. The service has been extremely poor from the moment we arrived. The staff have been unfriendly and, at times, outright rude, which made the experience very uncomfortable.
We stayed for two days and not once was our room serviced. Basic expectations like fresh towels and a tidy room were completely overlooked. To make matters worse, there were no hand towels provided at all, which is a basic necessity in any hotel.
Overall, the lack of hospitality, poor service, and rude behavior from staff made this a very negative experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Pros:

部屋が思いの外広かった
テーブルも中央、ベッドサイド、カウンターと3箇所も有り、思いっ切り荷物を広げても問題無し

Cons:

DOCOMOの世界何処でもギガを契約しておいたが、このホテルに入った途端不具合が生じた
結局ホテルのWi-Fiで色々対処したが、2泊目には不安になりDOCOMOに連絡してしまった
どうもこのホテルのWi-Fi以外は繋がり辛くなっている様だとの事
