Hotel was way better year ago.
Pros:

Can't really point out what I liked about last stay. Location is great!

Cons:

We have stayed in Awa hotel previously. Both experiences were great. Clean rooms, property was well taken care of. However, this time, rooms were not clean. Spider webs in corners, old bed sheets etc. Most importantly the bath rooms were not in good condition. Tap in one bath room was faulty. I was disappointed because it was a family trip. Seems like it's under new management. They could not keep up with old standards.

The best!
Pros:

Everything. It was nice & big, so clean, it had everything, table chairs and the heating was so good and the bed & tv, slept so well, right through the night.

Cons:

Nothing.

Pros:

That a pool was displayed on the lift door and when we enquired, there was no pool.

Pros:

Love the location, room was tidy, easy check in and out, staff were helpful

The breakfast was very plain, very small buffet, the room only had 2 towels when there was 4 of us

A Night stay!!!
Pros:

#The buffet breakfast my kids enjoyed and I really liked it was just us and that was even better.
#The Sky channels were Awesome.
#Beds were comfy
#Room was excellent
# Lovely hosts & Friendly.
# Will definitely be back again.
# Gave us Almond lotion as we forgot our body cream.

Cons:

The Sheets were Stained. Definitely need them bleached or too remove Stains however they were washed and Cleaned but this puts people off.

Neighbor hood area feels unsafe however there were CCTV Cameras thankfully peace of mind my car would be Safe.

So Cold would of loved if they had put on Heat pump before we arrived did request but didn't follow instruction however they did make our extra bed on Sofa and extra towels.

Didn't have conditioner which was a bummer however my daughter was the one complaining I didn't mind shampoo.

Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and there were plenty of towels provided. Once I worked out the air-conditioning controls, the room stayed nice and warm.

The hotel has some great facilities, including an onsite restaurant, pool tables, and massage chairs, which were a nice bonus. The location is convenient too — not far from town and directly across the road from the luge, making it easy to get around and enjoy the local attractions.

Overall, a pleasant stay and I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

A few areas could be improved. On the first night, I couldn’t get the air conditioning to switch to heating mode. I reported it to the staff member at reception, who was also unable to get it working and advised he would return to assist, but unfortunately never came back. In the end, I had to search online and watch a YouTube video to figure it out myself. Guests who are less comfortable with technology may have found this quite frustrating.

The reception and restaurant areas were also quite cold during our stay. Having the heating on in these common areas would create a much warmer and more welcoming atmosphere.

Parking was another challenge. While it is free, the parking area is very limited and can be difficult to navigate, particularly during busy periods.

Good! Just need cleaners to clean up and make beds/give new towels when sign is out on door knob
Pros:

Loved the facilities and how close it was to everything!! Was clean and well looked after! Thank you for having us!!!

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned each time we put the sign out to say “Please make our room”, each time we’d come back to our room, it was the same way we left it and no new towels were given etc. although everything else was good apart from this☺️
