Amazing location, great food & fancy spotless rooms.
Pros:

I have stayed once before & it was so easy to check in. The rooms are exceptionally clean which I love, it’s also quite affordable too. Parking is such a plus, you have to pay for some hotels.

Cons:

Not about the property just wished we could have stayed longer

Absolutely delightful, couldn't have asked for a better place. Recommended to all.
Pros:

I was a bit skeptical about the great reviews online and the affordable rate but decided to give it a try. It was as good as the reviews said it was! Spotlessly clean, well designed, 2 comfortable armchairs, a wonderful bed, coffee maker, we loved the lighting in the room, and breakfast - wow! It was free with our booking.com deal and it was delicious and very generous. That's the only place we will stay in Tauranga in future. AND the price was well below many of Tauranga's 'better' hotels/motels.

Cons:

We would have liked to stay much longer. Maybe next time.

Clean and quiet
Pros:

This Hotel was immaculately clean right from walking in. Friendly staff and easy check-in.
They had coffee pod machines in the room which was amazing. Beds really comfortable, the air conditioning is better than heatpumps in my opinion, it is quieter and I appreciated that, also as stated room was soundpoof, we could not hear anything from the rooms either side at all during our stay.

Cons:

The only thing that was a bit of an annoyance, was the led light poles in the parking lot that shine right at the windows, although the curtains are decent you couldn't have a blackout room.
