Perfekt
Pros:

Super Hotel in bester Lage und leckerem Frühstück inklusive. Perfekt ausgestattetes Zimmer, sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Vielleicht ist der zweite Stock ohne Aufzug ein Problem für ältere Menschen oder wenn man viel oder schweres Gepäck hat.

Disappointed
Pros:

Lovely and clean handy location.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable and sunk in the middle. Might have helped if the reception had of told us not to leave windows open while out. As we got back to room to find crickets everywhere, in the bed, pillows, and shower. It was a nightmare. We paid for a harbour view and thought that was just a have as you had a small piece between the other houses as your view. So I wouldn’t advise people to pay for that option.

Business long stay
Pros:

The rooms were superb clean, the staff were extremely polite and helpful all the time, the breakfast provided, albeit a bit sweet overall, was quite good value in the morning, and the facilities were clean and neat.

Cons:

Possible opportunity of improvement - make laundry more acessible, have a microwave on the floor to heat food, etc.

Good overall, but room for improvement especially if considering a long stay.
Pros:

The location is a central but still quiet. The bay is nearby and so are good restaurants and stuff. The staff are extremely polite and helpful, and the room is really clean and neat. Basic amenity and hot beverage sachets are available, the shampoo, body wash, cream etc are of high quality. The place is easy to access from central tauranga places of interest, restaurants etc. It's quite quiet at night. Gher bed is comfy..

Cons:

I know this is a "hotel" and not a "serviced apartment" but the common laundry is just one washer and one drier, so you'll need to wait if something else is being washed, and, it's not usable 24 hours, so if you come back late, it's not possible to use it, nor is it possible to use it early in the morning. The breakfast, of two slices of bread, jam, butter, cornflakes or musleli, appple or orange juice, and sweet blueberry yoghurt, and milk, is mostly sweet and basically mostly carbs. If it included some protein instead of all that carb it would be much better. Room service may not provide you with that one 200 ml milk every day that is kept inside your fridge on the first night you stay there. The didn't like part is the policy not being clear on the booking dot com page. Another thing was, on the night before my check out, they replaced my milk froher (a device in the room to heat and or froth your milk) with one with a warped / bent lid... Don't know why it was replaced, but When I tried to use that one, some milk drops were on the kitchen top, as the cap didn't close fully due to being warped.
